I've tried a few and they seem to leave a white residue and they crack if you try to put foundation over them. I've tried putting it on over foundation or just over moisturizer but even when I only use a little - still looks white/flaky. Anybody have any luck with any of them? How do you apply it so it gives you that temporary fix? Do you dab it on or spread it on? I'd like tocover a few fine lines under my eyes and crows feet. Thanks for your input in advance.

Depending on where you want to use it, there are several products for you to try. Estee Lauder has a neat little purple pen that fills in wrinkles really well. Also, for under the eye area, try Shiseido's Pure Retinal Eye Masks.

First, i start with L'Oreal's Skin Genesis line - it's inexpensive and does a great job plumping up my skin and helping to fill in some of my under eye wrinkles. Then I use Too Faced Wrinkle Injection under my eyes before foundation. I personally use a brush to apply it, just your basic paddle-type brush will do, or your fingers, dabbing it on gently will work too. I've also heard great things about Benefit's Erase Paste, but when I tried it out it seemed a bit too dry for me - I was afraid it would settle into those wrinkles and make it worse.

I've been using Neutrogena's Anti-Wrinkle Serum under the eyes every morning for about 6 months. I have fine lines and crow's feet, and this seems to plump them up so they are not so noticeble. But I've found that it's not good to put anything over it, because it will "settle" into the lines. So I use it alone over that area.

Avon has a line filling pen, that you apply twice a day. I have heard good things about this. Avon also has a 100% guarantee.

Hi there - I have to say I have had the same problem with the "line fillers" - the best products that I have found are E. Burnham Cosmetics retinol line.... they work day and night and keep the fine lines from forming... I especially like the Retinol Ultra Rich Night Creme with Aloe - I wake up in the morning with soft radiant wrinkle free skin.... then I use their Milk Lotion Cleanser - WOW - and the Vitmain C Serum - 1/3 the price of the competition... and then their day creme. You can only get it on line, but they send samples with every shipment and well, the price and service is great... give them a try - you won't be disappointed... they have been around for 25 years and owned by women! 1-800-273-7304 or www.eburnhamcosmetics.com/

To be quite honest, I have not tried to many. I know that cosmetic companies make a alot claims as to what products can do, but my suggestion is maybe try alternative methods. Even if these products work on a short term, you have to use them continuously to see any results. Nalo Jones, professional makeup artist based in Los Angeles, view web site at http://www.naloinc.com

I have not found a product that can be used as a filler for crows feet and most of the creams that promise a decrease in the appearance of fine-lines are temporary. Long-term use of retinol-based products are a good choice to help smooth existing problems and prevent further damage, however, there are times when I need a quick fix. I have found that if I moisturize my face and let it sink in for about 15-20 minutes before applying my foundation I have much better results with my appearance. When you have time, it is a good idea to let everything you use set for a few minutes - primer, foundation, concealer. Once I have finished applying everything I use (sounds like a lot but I need a long-lasting finish) even powder to set the make-up, then I put a few small dots of L'oreal "Wrinkle Decrease Collagen Filler" along the deepest wrinkles below my eyes. I carefully smooth with a flat brush and let dry. I can't touch it afterward or the wrinkles do look worse. This gives a bit of a younger look below eyes. Again, it is only helpful in areas of the face that do not move much. For fine lines, this can be done and then wiped with the finger. The excess filler is removed leaving behind a very thin but camouflaging layer. I will then reapply a small dab of concealer so that it blends with the rest of my skin. It is a lot of work so I save it for special occasions. Hope this helps.
