I won a first prize spa trip in the NYC Makeover Sweepstakes. I received an email from eprize confirming they received my information on May 22, 2008. That is the last I have heard of it.

I am now very worried because I sent in the affidavit with all of my personal information on it. I hope this is not a scam. I will be checking my credit report today.

Thank you for your reply. That sweepstakes has ended. I was contacted and sent an affidavit to fill out, which included my social security number. I returned the form within 2 days of receiving it. ePrize emailed me on May 22 to notify me they had received my information. That is the last I have heard.

I don't mean to sound ungrateful, however I am a little nervous that I released personal information and have not heard a peep since.

I won too...however chose not to sign bc you have to pay taxes on your trip. Are you aware of that?
