Elizabeth Arden eight hour cream skin protectant?

Okay ladies this is a few questions rolled into one:
1. Is this a good product worth the price?
2. Does it last a long while?
3. How many uses does it have?

I've tried this product based on the fact that it seems to be quite a cult favorite, but I was underwhelmed. It's basically rose-scented vaseline with some vitamin E added. Petrolatum is the main ingredient, so it's pretty much just like petroleum jelly. You can get a similar-feeling product from the skin protectant Aquaphor, which can be used on the lips as well as anywhere else, and contains vitamin E as well.
