I currently purchase pricier shampoo and conditioner, but was wanting to see if there were any decent drugstore ones. I know the Tresemme commercials claim they were first in a salon and salon quality, but has anyone used them and what do you think of them? (I have color-treated hair too.) Thanks!

I have used Tresemme lots of times and never had any problems with it. My hair is very fine (and color treated). I have trouble finding products that don't dry it out, or make it very greasy. It's a nice substitute for the expensive brands. I do like it.

I am a WEN product user myself, however I do keep a bottle of Tresemme * clarifing ) in the shower, as well as a bottle of Infusium 23. I LOVE both products. Before I became a Wen Lover, I used Wayne Grund products purchased from a salon. But on those times when I didn't have any or wanted a bit of a change I did use both of these products. And honestly both did the job without over drying or a greasy oily feeling.

I occassionally use it. I used to use expensive salon shampoos and conditioners until I moved out on my own and certain things were more important to me than shampoo and conditioner. I've bought it a few times. Honestly, as long as you find a drugstore brand that works for you, its hard to tell the difference between it and the pricey stuff. My personal favorite is the L'oreal Vive Pro shampoo and conditioner. I have yet to find anything that does a better job.

It's suprisingly good for the price and is salon quality as they say. I highly recommend their shampoo for coloured hair, everybody I know who's tried it have loved it.

I've only ever used their heat protection spray, but I find that it's great quality and I would definitely buy from the brand again.

A friend of mine has one and hasn't stopped talking about it yet! I do have to hand it to her for buying it because her hair is usually veru VERY frizzy and wavy but now she looks like she was born with stright, soft, manageable hair. I would go for it!

For me personally, it works great! I usually buy the one for dry/damaged hair and the color-treated formula. Although I keep switching from Garnier Fructis to the Kirkland Brand (Wholesale company-Costco). Because I read that you should switch every now and then (correct me if I'm wrong). But to be honest with you; everytime that I do use it, I always get compliments on how shiny my hair is! For me that says alot of a product. I would definitely recommend trying it out! Hope this helps!

I have read that if a shampoo/conditioner works good for you, you shouldn't switch every now and then. I have been using Matrix sleek.look(in the orange bottles) for a long time now and every time I use them, my hair is always soft and my hairdresser always compliments how soft and healthy my hair is. So I say, if it works great for you, keep using it. :)
