i have just read more reviews on WEN and have discovered those who have posted about similar product at sally's beauty supply!! geesh!! wish i had read this before!! well, i am going to have to ck. out sally's and use that product vs WEN's to see if i think the same as those of you who have posted rave reviews on this product at sally's!!! as i said before..money is money in these times and both hubby and i are retired now so income is tighter!! i just want soft, shiney, wonderful hair at my youong age of 61!!! my mind is still young and after having short hair for so many yrs i let mine grow out too my shoulders and so there is more hair that is "older" now. i always try to look my best and have been guessed to be as young as 35!!! so, hey!! ya all get the picture!!! thanks for the info and i know that i can cancel WEN if need be as never have had a prob with qvc and happily also with g.r.!!! thanks ya all!!!!

I just got this in the mail yesterday and I have had very good results already. Like Miracle hair results!! I have medium to fine hair that is curly to wavy and is very dry from all the color/highlights I have done to my hair. I have tried several high end products and none has delivered instant results like Wen.

I started using Wen about a month ago. When I saw the commercial on TV I thought it was just one more product that wouldn't work for me, since my hair is extremely frizzy (curly, thin, and tinted). I thought it would either be like the typical 2-in-1 you buy on pharmacies, which are basically just shampoo, and you still need a conditioner when using those, OR mostly a conditioner, in which case hair would feel oily and greasy, not really clean. But to my surprise, the result was amazing! It IS true that you only need this and nothing else. I have no idea how they do it!

The trick is to use a lot of it (I have hair below my shoulders, so I use about 32 pumps). And my hair is no longer frizzy, and it also feels clean! I'm so happy with it that when I look at the 3 different brands of shampoo and 8 different brands of conditioner I have in my shower (I would use a different one every time I washed my hair) I can't believe I don't need them anymore.

I used to use a leave-in conditioner that I only found in Argentina, for all the ones in US wouldn't work for me. If I didn't apply TONS of that after I washed my hair, it would look so incredibly frizzy that you wouldn't believe. And now I don't even need that anymore!

Just thinking to go back to shampoos would make me feel guilty, as now I can see shampoos are extremely harmful to your hair. This weekend I went to the salon and they washed my hair with normal shampoo and conditioner, and my hair is soooo frizzy now... I can't wait to wash it with Wen tonight! I can't tell you if it works as well for any kind of hair, but I totally recommend it for frizzy hairs like mine.

I was happy to hear of a less expensive alternative to the more expensive Wen. I was anxious to try something that would be "good" to my hair. I have been growing it long and have highlighted hair, but my hair tends to be oily at the roots and dry at the bottom, so to avoid cutting it, I needed to try something new. As soon as I heard of Hair One at Sally's Beauty Supply on this forum, I ran to the nearest store and bought it. They have 4 options. I chose the one for color treated hair to keep my color fresher, longer. I definitely feel a difference after my first use. It was easier to comb through while wet and now dry it feels softer. I love the tingly feeling I got on my scalp as it was being "washed". I also read where it can be used as a body wash and even shave cream. I figured I'd try it as a body wash and it seems to work just fine. Overall, I am a very happy customer. I'm curious to see if the longer I use it, the better condition my hair will be.

Just snagged the hair one. LOVE IT! Dont waste your money on wen unless you can score a deal on ebay or get it off Amazon. Reading these reviews makes me think twice about who I give my credit card # to. Thanks ladies <3

Wen Haircare... Wow.... I'm one of those girl's who bleach there hair there for it's prity damaged. I have tryed at least 60 diffrent products on my hair to at least make it look less like hay. I was sitting home one night watching the HSN network, I hade bought some vitamins from them and was very satisfide with what I got. This "Wen" stuff looked amazing! I was sold! I reseved my 30 day trile. My hair felt looked increadable. I loved the smell, so fresh. But I seem to be having the same trouble as every one here with the payments and pricing, a supply lasting 1/2 the time it's said to becuse of all of the pumps you have to use. If anyone can find an amazing prouduct out there with out so much hassle please let me know.

Gasoline girl. You asked if your hair was clean even if you dont have lather? Yes. Lather is created by chemicals that manufactureres use in products like shampoo and body wash. Sodium Lauryl sulfate is the most popular and is very drying. Thats why Wen products mak the hair feel good. Many natural companies shampoos use Cocamide vs Soduim to get the lather because it is vegetable based, doesnt lather as much but still drying. We are creatures of habit in the USA. We dont think we are clean if we dont bubble and squeek but it is a mis-conception. I am a former manufactures rep for power house Clairol!!! You lean.

I agree! I thank you for your post on Hair One from Sally's Beauty. Granted, I have not spent the money on Wen to compare - but I can tell everyone for half the price, I feel this product does all that Wen claims to AT HALF THE PRICE OR LESS!!!! You don't pay for the Wen marketing efforts on TV, QVC and elsewhere. I hope you Wen users will try this product and see for yourself - and hopefully save lots of your hard earned money.

As to my results: my hair is wavy and color treated. And I'm older - 50. I have an issue with dry ends and some frizzing This product took care of all my issues. I air dried and my waves looked better than ever before - WITHOUT ADDITIONAL PRODUCT. Sure it costs $9.99 a bottle for the Hair One (less if you are a Sally's Beauty member). But it is ONE PRODUCT -it is your shampoo, it is your conditioner, it is your after shampoo treatment. You don't need to buy a separate conditioner, frizz treatment, styling cream. It truly is Hair ONE. One product does it all.

I only hope my post reaches others looking to try Wen. It is very convincing. But I can say I am very pleased with the results at less than half the price of Wen.

Wen Hair Care System

I have blond/dirty blond curly hair. I live in southern TX, and it is very hot during summers, and all year round my hair is extremely frizzy. I normally use normal shampoo/conditioner and then put on gel and lot of hair spray, and it still is pretty frizzy.
When I first heard about the Wen Hair Care Cleansing Conditioner, I got so excited thinking this would help my hair and ordered the sweet almond mint conditioner right away. It took almost 3 weeks to get here, and when it got here I used it right away. I put in about 20 pumps[ because I heard you don't put on so much as it says because it is only trying to sell its product ] and left it in my hair for probably 10 minutes during my shower. I waiting till it dried and realized it didn't look /any/ different than if I used normal shampoo/conditioner. i then put in about 3 pumps of the conditioner as 'leave in'. Then I put on about 12 rolls of the text balm and about a quarter size amount sweet almond mint styling gel. It looked worst than if I used my normal product, and my hair way twice as frizzy. Three people told me my hair looked not as good as normal, and my hair normally look pretty bad, so that's really bad. At about 4:30 I got home and decided I didn't use enough, so took another shower to see if I didn't use enough. I put in 32 pumps, andput 6 pumps in as leave in condition and then looked at my bottle, realizing this is a 30 day supply, and I had used about 1/8 of it already. I used about twice as much of all the 'extras' and my hair didn't look any better, if not worst. This doesn't work at all for me, for my curly blond medium/long long hair. It seems nothing works for me, but it may work for your hair. And that's my review.
