Thank you all sooo much for posting the problems you've had with GR and recomending the Hair One products from Sally BS. I was really close to ordering the Wen products, and now that I've read all these reviews about the auto-ship comitment I've definatly changed my mind. I'm going to Sally's today to get the Hair One and give it a try. I have really thin, oily at the roots, dry at the ends hair that drives me crazy. I was hopefull that Wen would be the answer to "fixing" my hair and I'm really excited to try the Hair One. Thank you again for saving me a lot of money and hastle. I'll write a review as soon as I try the product!

If you want something that really works go to Amazon.com , or to your nearest salon (call to make sure they have it) and get yourself REDKEN Anti Snap. Nuff Said ;)

Thank you so much for all of your posts about the Wen system and the GR crooks. I got sucked into one of those programs a long time ago and have never ordered anything from an infomercial again, but was really intrigued by the Wen system. I have long, wavy, frizzy, colored hair that I have straightened to death! Anything that will help with the frizzies (HATE THEM!) and split ends sounds good. I am on my way to Sally's as soon as I get off work today. Will post the results in a couple of weeks.

So, I've been using the Hair One from Sally's for about a week now. LOVE IT!! I have VERY thin hair that gets oily at the roots, but is very dry and most of the time frizzy and split at the ends. I've tried so many different products and this is the only one that actually made any difference to my hair. I have to say though, it was not a miracle from the first day (didn't seem to make any difference except it felt softer the first 2 days), but my hair has been looking better and better each day that I use it. It's much softer, fuller, a lot less frizzies, and not nearly as wieghed down and oily at the end of the day. It's also brought out the natural reddish highlights in my hair that I forgot I even had!! The most surprizing thing to me though is how super clean my hair feels! I thought for sure I was gonna feel like I needed to wash my hair with regular shampoo afterwards, but it was the complete opposite from day 1. It is a little more time consuming, but being a wife and mother, I don't mind the extra time in the shower to myself. I think I'll try a bottle of Wen also, just out of curiosity (I'll make sure to get it from Amazon or Chaz's website directly). So, as far as I can tell so far, the key is give it time to repair your hair, don't give up on the first day, follow the directions to the letter, and make sure you use enough of the product, also deffinatly do the leave in conditioner part, even if only on the ends like I do - it makes a difference in the end result. If you're contemplating, deffinalty give it a try. I'll post a comparison if I decide to try the Wen also.

Today was day number using Hair One from Sally's and I've got to say....I LOVE IT! I can't believe how soft my hair feels and after blow drying I didn't have to use any other products, curling iron, or my straightner and my hair looks better then if I would have spent all that time on it! Like I said this is day one for me so I have my fingers crossed that it will only get better and better. I suggest to anyone out there that is ready to purchase Wen you need to run to the nearest Sally's and try Hair One. I also thought that I would miss the lather of a shampoo but I loved the tingly feeling on my scalp from Hair One, my hair has never felt this clean! I can't say enough good things about this product.

I just want to say thank you to Monettebcbg for recommending Hair One! I was so close to ordering Wen (had the order page open and filled out, including my credit card info) but decided to open a new tab and read some reviews first. I came across this forum and read Monettebcbg's post about Hair One.

I immediately closed the Wen ordering page and ran to the nearest Sally's to buy Hair One and I absolutely LOVE it! I have thick, wavy, shoulder-length hair that dries into a frizzy puff unless I weigh it down with a ton of product. To make matters worse I live in Florida so unless I stay in the AC all day my hair still tends to frizz. :( The first time I tried Hair One I decided to let my hair air dry to see if it poofed like it normally does. My hair dried so soft and silky, I was amazed! I am so thrilled with this product and for the first time in years I'm happy with my hair.

I bought my Wen Hair Care system from a "showcase" for $60. I got 2 big bottles of the conditioner the texturizing balm, hair therapy cream, styling cream and the comb. The first day i used the conditioner my hair looked and felt the same as it did when i used regular shampoo and conditioner. 2 weeks later my hair has become very oily. It seems every other day i have to wash my hair. when i only wash my hair twice a week that is a huge change. My hair is long so i do have to use alot of it and it doesnt seem fair that you have to use so much for such horrible results. I do want o experiment with both flavours though i bought the sweet almond mint one thinking it would be better since it was the one they used on tv. when i try out the cucumber flavour ill be sure to keep and update!

To the person who wanted to know about Ojon. Don't bother. I bought the deep conditioner with the built in comb. It did nothing for my hair that regular conditioner did. Try Hair One instead. Much much better and much much cheaper!! Hope this helps!

I have used Wen Haircare for almost a year now. It is a hair miracle. My hair was dry, frizzy, lifeless, and hideous before. Before I started using it, I couldn't even get a brush through it after I got out of the shower. Now it is a lot smoother, more manageable, and a lot less tangled. It looks so much better and I would recommend this product to anyone.

To the person who said buyer beware: if you're flat ironing and blow drying your hair so often, nothing is going to rescue it, sorry, just facts of life. Take care of your hair, and it will take care of itself.

i read all the reviews on this product first also as money is money in these times of poor economy! ordered the lavender cleanser/cond. that included the styling cream & root booster. no prob with the pump at all & loved the smell!! i did not comb it as directed--forgot that step! rinsed throughly & used paper towels to soak up excess water--this works really great on longer hair!!!..i did not blow dry or style my hair & will admit there was some "frizzness" to my normaly straight hair. but, it was not oily/greasy at all!! i had also ordered the fig cleanser/cond. with video & comb included from the shopping network i ordered the other from & have not used it yet. ordered that one as great buy plus the fig is for colored hair which mine is light blonde. going to color hair today & use shampoo after...will see what happens 2nd time around!! also, did apply the extra pump as leave-in cond. would say this product does live up to it's name if used as it is directed by chaz!!! good luck to all that try it!!
