I won today but still no email. I won the $100 GC for estee lauder. I have read other posts here and it seems like others are saying they are getting the confirm. emails 5 days to 1.5 month after. I guess we just have to be patient! I'm soooo excited though!

Hi guys, here's an update for you!

I JUST received an e-mail stating that I was receiving a DIGITAL GIFT CARD for Sephora.com! Very interesting. It just took forever for them to get it to me, and it looks like it has to be used online. Weird thing is, it says it's a $100 gift certificate, not a $50 one like the one they gave out. It's probably only $50, but someone didn't check to make sure the graphic was correct!

Anyway, I can't wait to finally use my prize! Yay!

Hello again. I received my Sephora digital gift card on September 24! My email says $50. Are you sure you didn't get $100? Anyway, thank you Total Beauty. I am checking the reviews to figure out what to buy at Sephora!

I won a 100 dollar Estee Lauder prize in September and have yet to "get" the prize. I emailed a question but no response yet. Maybe I'm just being impatient but I'll call and see what's up. Maybe I'll hear soon.

On 8/14/08 I was submitting "reviews" according to/as required by the rules of the NYC Makeover Sweepstakes, and received the message that I had won a $100 gift certificate to EsteeLauder.com. "We'll be contacting you shortly at <my email address> to verify the mailing address where your prize will be sent."
I've sent 3 inquiries via the Contact Us link as to why I have not received any email from totalbeauty to date (over a month and a half later), and have received no response. I have contacted my local news consumer help, 7 on Your Side, and hope that they will help me if I can't/don't receive a response soon. I'm quite disappointed, as I thought this was a great site...

Firstly, sorry about the $100 / $50 error, the email said $50 but the image said $100; that was my fault and I apologize for all the confusion and disappointment.

Secondly, we are still fulfilling prizes for Totally Green. I am doing my best to get these prizes out as soon as I could but please understand that, as I mentioned in my last post, these prizes take time. Just so you can gauge where we are, we haven't finalized a winners list for the Summer Spa Sweepstakes yet. We do the sweepstakes as a whole and while all of you here are very diligent about checking your email and responding on time, not everyone is, and the redraw and verification process does take time.

Ok I'm confused now. I had won a $100 gift certificate for Estee Lauder's web site from the last sweepstakes. Of course I'm still waiting on the e-mail confirmation. So will I get the full $100 or just $50?

The Sephora gift certificate was always $50; I just had the wrong amount in the attachment that went out to the winners. Your Estee Lauder gift certificate will be for $100.
