I won a Sephora Gift Card and received an email to confirm my address on JUNE 3rd! I have not heard a thing since. It's now JULY 23. Has anyone actually recieved a prize from totalbeauty?

I haven't received my $50 sephora gift card prize either. The email says that it will take 8-10 weeks for delivery. We are way over that now. It probably is not TotalBeauty who is at fault, rather the prize fulfillment company is... Note to TotalBeauty, recommend using another company. The email sounded like they were mailing a physcial gift card, I would have been fine with e-certificate. Less waste.

I won a $100 certificate to Suki during the Green Sweepstakes. I too have still not recieved anything. I did confirm my address via the e-mail I recieved on June 3rd. I really hope I do get the gift card. I am starting to get a little skeptical now that it has been so long, (2 months now.)

I won a $100 gift card in the last sweepstakes, too, and saw my name on the top of the screen as a recent winner, but never received a confirmation email. I contacted Total Beauty twice but just received form letter answers back - is there any way to confirm that you're still on "the list" of winners who will receive prizes?

I won a $100 gift card my name also came up on the recent winners thats on top of the page. But I have not received any e-mail confirming my prize and it has almost been a month if I ain't wrong I won on july 10. How could I find out what happend?

Hey winners!

Sorry for the delay. Let me walk you through our process, and hopefully this will ease some troubled minds...

For the instant winners, I personally go through each of the reviews to make sure they are actually helpful and meaningful reviews. For example, there have been some spambots that post weird reviews who happen to win prizes and I need to make sure those don't get awarded.

After I go through them, it goes through a second round of approval to ensure accuracy and consistency.

The winners list then goes to ePrize and ePrize contacts each of the qualified winners for email and address verification. Sometimes people don't respond (please put fulfillment@eprize.com in your address book in order to avoid having it go to junk mail), and rather than have those prizes go unawarded, they do a redraw at at the end of the promotion after I gather some data here for the purpose of redraws. Those people included in the redraws are subject to the same rules as during the promotion. For the Totally Green Sweepstakes, we had to go through a few rounds of redraws, which is why it is taking so long. This also explains why some people who never saw a "You're an instant winner" screen have been receiving emails about being an instant winner. (This may also be good news for people who haven't won in a sweepstakes; you still have a chance to win!)

Once we get a final winners list back from ePrize, we start fulfillment.
