I think Jada P. looks like transvestite; terrible mug. Jennifer Gray is quite cute, the stack perm was popular back then. It fits her face well. I hate cornrows on white girls, nasty look. Don't get me started on Tara Banks, look at her boobs, the right nipple (in the photos right) is hanging 4 inches lower than the left. It is actually protruding from the bottom of the breast, how about wearing a bra if your boobs are that size?

I actually saw Amy Winehouse at either Victoria or Paddington Station in London. (I can't remember which one) She was standing in front of a mirrored pillar and she had all her bags at her feet and she was fixing her hair. She used a hairpiece for the huge beehive. I saw her pinning it on...right there in front of everyone.

The “perm” photo set connote a CURLIST attitude—similar to espousing racist views, the editors reveal an arbitrary intolerance to NATURALLY CURLY hair. All of the featured women have natural curls, as do I, and only one of the styles reflect the skanky 1980s trailer park hair era. (Sorry, SJP.) Even in the 80s, I blew my hair straight. I only quit fighting it when I was in my 30s. Now, nobody, including the gals who iron their hair stick straight, can keep their hands off of my shiny, bouncy curls. Get with it: unlike hairstyles, curls never go out of style.

In my words, i always hate braids, I never look at these hairstyles. I feel guilty and not suitable for most of the people. Braids are best suitable for black women. Many magazines and websites provided braided hairstyles gallery with only black women. Braids is best in black women hairstyles.

I actually like Joss Stone's hair coloring. I tried black hair with red streaks in college. Unfortunately the streaks never turned out red. Christina Aguilera's was pretty too. Now Nicole Richie's was awful.

I think that Joss Stone's hair are better. I do hate most of these looks. I definitely don't like Mariah Carey's look, Ok I think that Christina's stripe-y color was an icon and a symbol of her 'dirty' style, I like it because its unique, trendy but not everyone can do it. Pink mohawk is HER distinctive style!
