I am really picky about foundation and I have finally settled on Armani. It's worth the money to me to have a foundation that matches my skin without caking up and looking makeup-y. I have both LSF and the Desiginer Shaping. The LSF is for every day, but when I want more coverage, I go to the Designer Shaping. I don't even need to wear a primer with these! (That's unheard of in my experience)

I feel like i have tried everything and now i will never try anything again other than Bare Escencuals. It is easy to apply. It makes my skin look better than it is. I always have a warm glow. It doesn't feel heavy. I love everything about it. (Except that the foundation powder goes quick so it gets expensive, but the mineral veil and the bronzer and everything else last forever :)

Love Face Atelier, Giorgio Armani, and Stila Tinted Moisturizer...although I'm been wanting to try Laura Mercier's for a while...

I have dehydrated combination skin and I've tried everything out there - liquid, cream, powder, cream-to-powder, stick, spray, mineral etc. Below are some of my favorites:

Chanel Pro Lumiere Professional Finish Makeup SPF15
RMK Liquid Foundation
Yves Saint Laurent 'Perfect Touch' Radiant Brush Foundation

My latest obsession, however, has got to be this new makeup/skincare product called the BB cream It is *the* hottest beauty product in Asia right now and it is basically a skincare product that has a bit of color to even out skintone, camouflage undereye circles, acne scars and add radiance to the skin without the heavy mask-like effects of a foundation. Prolonged used of the product will also help improve the overall texture of the skin and fade acne scars.

I have been using this BB cream by Skin Food for like months now and I swear my skin has gotten better and I don't need foundation anymore.

You guys should definitely check out my blog for more information and pics:

Love:
No7 Intelligence Moisture Foundation (perfect texture: creamy but not too thick or caked on, really lets your skin breathe; perfect match for my skin tone {I'm quite pale and so I have to beware I don't look orange!}, perfect coverage; doesn't slide off during the day; doesn't aggravate acne).
Max Factor Miracle Touch Liquid Illusion Foundation (really light texture, but still great coverage; really does go from cream to powder; matches my skin tone really well - only downside is that you can't go without concealer and powder as they promise if like me you don't have great skin).

Hate:
Clinique SuperFit foundation (too runny; impractical packaging; gets colour just so wrong)
L'Oreal mineral foundation (doesn't cover up as well as promised; patchy, uneven application; the brush it comes with is just horrible, nasty, scratchy and cheap).

Has anyone tried Cover Girl's TruBlend foundation? That is one I'd like to test next..

I really love Make Up For Ever Mat Velvet +. I'm not so much a fan of the mineralized stuff, it makes me look oily halfway through the day.

I tried it a couple years ago and liked it, but not quite as much as L'Oreal True Match.

Why did you like the L'Oreal True Match? I'd be interested to hear, because I hated it...

I'm loving two foundations right now (and really need to write them up): Makeup Forever Mat Velvet and Laura Geller Phenomenal Foundation. I have oily skin and both of those seem to work pretty well. I've also had great luck with Mac's Studio Fix liquid.
