I have SUCH dry skin as well, and I use Cetaphil's Moisturizing Cream on my face during the day, followed by sunscreen, and Creme de La Mer at night (because it's so expensive). The Cetaphil works amazing! I was recommended it, and was a little hesitant at first since I usually use a little higher end things, but it works awesome. It feels amazing too. And the jar is HUGE! I do not break out at all, either.

Try using Curel on your face. It won't make you break out and your skin will be super moisturized. I have dry itchy skin on my body and oily (acne-prone) skin on my face. I use Curel all over(any formula is fabulous) and it equalizes my skin. My face is super moisturized so it won't overproduce oil, and my body/legs are super moisturized and not flaky and itchy. I've also heard Dr. Hauschka's Rose Day Cream is great, and Elizabeth Arden's 8 Hour Day Cream is great. Hope this helps.

I have super dry and super sensitive skin. For my face, I have two great products which I use together. Atopalm MLE Cream & Hope in a Jar for Dry and Sensitive Skin. Niether is all that cheap, but you don't use a lot so they last a long time.

I USE VASELINE MOISTURE LOCKING LOTION OR OLAY ULTRA MOISTURE BODY LOTION AND MIX IT WITH A LITTLE BABY OIL. THAT WORKS 4 ME. I HAD REALLY DRY LEGS AND THEY WOULD LOOK CRACKED. I TRIED MANY PRODUCTS BUT THIS IS THE ONLY THING THAT KEEPS ME FROM CRACKED SKIN.

A super great night time moisurizer is Eve Lom - TLC. it's not cheap but it's super rich and you think how is this ever going to absorb into my skin but by the morning it has and my skin feels super hydrated and moisturized.

HYDRATE by The Face Company is my new favorite. It makes my skin, which is very dry normally, feel like it just had a long cool drink of water. I get it by ordering from their website, www.facecompany.com.

Makeup_Fanatic wrote: Eucerin products are specially designed for people with dry skin. My skin gets really dry in the winter..and I use Eucerin on my face. The trick is to use only about a pea size amount..because a little goes a long way with this moisturizer! If you put on too much..you're face will look extremely oily. Just dab a few amounts on your face and spread it out. This should help. It is dermatologist tested..and it doesn't make you breakout. I agree with Makeup Fanatic---Eucerin products are great! I have dry, sensitive skin. The Original Moisturing Creme is a bit heavy, so use just a little, esp. during the day. Their Calming Creme can be used on the face too as well as arms and legs. It is not quite as heavy. This brand has few ingredients in their products, which usually makes them less likely to cause reactions. There is mineral oil though, which can clog pores for some people. But used sparingly, it never gave me a problem.
