Does anyone have a recommendation that won't make me break out?

what have you tried that wasnt working? I have dry skin (but its normal right now, thankfully) and for daytime I use LaRoche Posay Anthelios SX w/ SPF - you can buy it in the US at CVS or online. for night I use Mario Badescu Control Cream - but I would test it for allergy on a small part on your skin first. Balsam Peru can sometimes irritate people with very sensitive skin, but mine is somewhat sensitive & it doesnt bother me - its supposed to help Rosacea (so long as you're not allergic!) but I love it as my normal night cream. I also like CeraVe Cream or Lotion.

Eucerin products are specially designed for people with dry skin. My skin gets really dry in the winter..and I use Eucerin on my face. The trick is to use only about a pea size amount..because a little goes a long way with this moisturizer! If you put on too much..you're face will look extremely oily. Just dab a few amounts on your face and spread it out. This should help. It is dermatologist tested..and it doesn't make you breakout.

ok, don't think I'm a freak, but I actually use Trader Joe's regular moisturizing CREAM on my face at night and sometimes under sunscreen during the day because my skin is so dry. Ingredients are natural and it doesn't cause me to break out...best of all, you get a HUGE bottle (I think 20 oz) for less than $3.

I have oily skin, so I'm no expert, however, my cousin who has very dry skin is loving MAC's Moisturelush Cream.

Moisturelush cream is pretty good for dry skin, and it doesn't break me out. I love Cream Extreme Barrier Repair by Osmotics, even though it's pricey, it totally repaired my REALLY dry, flaky patches.

I don't have very dry skin, but I just tested Elizabeth Arden's Intervene Pause & Effect cream. It seems pretty lush and might help!

My skin is pretty dry and flaky in the winter :( I've been using Dr Denese Skin Serum. It promises to dry matte but it doesn't so I just use it at night. It's a clear liquid gel that you can apply all over your skin, go to bed, and wake up feel really moisturized.

That's a tough question for me since I fortunately don't have that problem. I will ask my 20-something daughter (the other half of GirlWoman) that question. She uses Cetaphil Daily Moisturizer. She is a personal trainer and is in the gym all day long, and this is her best best for fighting acne and moisturizing your skin.
