(I started this topic)

I have millions of dark sun spots on my arms. Do you know of a treatment or cream that will reduce or fade the spots?

I know microderm abrasion works on faces, hands and chest area for the treatment of reducing and fading age spots. You may want to try a small spot on your arm.

I was a long time scuba diver and have extremely fair skin. I have used different products over time to exfoliate my skin, use a skin lightening product, and never forget the sunscreen. Without the sunscreen, the spots will return. I've found that zinc oxide based products occlude the best. Shiseido products are good and I went white water rafting in the high spf makeup and it lasted through the trip. A dermatologist can lead you to more intensive products than are on the shelf, although I took care of mine myself. Neostrata products are great!

Don't know any good products to fade sun spots on my arms, my advice is don't forget sunscreen lotions.
