(I started this topic)

so where do you guys find your unique perfumes? do you order it from other countries or find them in stores we've never heard of? i personally like browsing luckyscent.com, since you can order samples and it gives suggestions too.

I love Luckyscent as well. Aedes is pretty wonderful too! My other "hotspots" for fragrance info include Beautyhabit, b-glowing, La Creme Beauty and Beauty Exclusive.

I also enjoy checking out the fragrance blogs for the newest in info and what people are liking and not liking -- they're so knowledgeable

Thanks for the info. I honestly don't have a scent for scents.

I just look round the shops tbh, annoying everyone by sniffing all the different fragrances http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/mesg/emoticons7/10.gif

Other than that, I quite like buying Avon fragrances as they rotate so often that the odds of other people having the same one as you are minimal.

Lucky Scent is one of my fav shops. I love the fact that you can get samples rather than buying a large bottle of something that you may absolutely hate.

I'm also currently addicted to Bond No. 9. I'm slowly making my way through all their fragrances and building a (small) collection. It's hard to find unique fragrances at traditional stores, though.

I tend to buy fragrance sample vials on Ebay most often when I want to try something new. If you are lucky, you can find a seller on there that has a wide variety of samples, so you can get a bunch and save on shipping. Otherwise you can find me sniffing around at TJ Maxx, Marshalls, or Gordmans. Those stores tend carry a wide variety at much cheaper prices than you'll find in department stores.

I noticed a lot of that on ebay when I was looking around trying to get a good deal on some perfume. I thought it was pretty cool, a good way to sample other types. You can sometimes find ladies at the cosmetics counters who aren't too stingy. My mom had luck back when I was a kid, but lately I don't have much luck unless I drop $60+ on something.
