Just wondering if anyone has tried any of these products. I've done a lot of research on all of these products and they all have their pros and cons. I'm wary of Latisse as there's a chance the skin around the eyes could darken irreversibly and the iris could become darker. Same goes for Lumigan which is basically the same product ( but wayyyy cheaper). Then there's Talika Lipocils which is made of plant extracts so pretty safe but does it work? Any thoughts?

I've actually tried Talika Lipocils and it does work! I saw results in about 2 weeks, but I was using it religiously morning and night. The trick is to rub the wand across your lash line first, rub in the gel, and then apply the product to your lashes. Some people just apply to their lashes, but close enough to the root to actually get it to work.

Fantastic, thanks! I bought Talika 4 days ago and I know it takes about 28 days to see results but I've noticed that my eyelashes aren't falling out when I remove my eye make up. So even if that's all I get, it's still a worthwhile benefit. Thanks for the tip on getting it into the skin. I was just hoping that I was applying it close enough to the lash root. Can't wait to see if I get other results as time passes!

I've use the Talika too. My lashes are a pretty descent length so I didn't notice much growth, but like you I didn't have any lashes fall out when removing my eye make-up. So I would say it is a great lash conditioner.

I LOVE Latisse! I thought at $100 it was a crazy idea but with mascara my lashes look almost fake. And, I was able to not do the every night thing after about 10 weeks instead of 16. I use 1 brush for both eyes to stretch it out but when one fell out the other day (a lash) it looked way too long to be an eyelash.

I started using Latisse about 7 months ago and am absolutely amazed at the results. Everyone has asked me if I'm wearing false eyelashes, and I use a lot less mascara. I've always had long lashes, but this made them fuller and longer. Have not had any problems with darkening of the eye or eyelid. One tip, tho. I ditched the applicators because they took up too much product and would drip into my eyes. I use my finger instead and dab along the lash line. One tube/container lasts me about 4 months. Absolutely love this product!

I have been using Latisse 3 months now. I could tell a difference after 3 or 4 days. This stuff is wonderful. Everyone asks me if I have on fake lashes. This is the same thing as Lumigan. I work for an ophthalmology practice so I have 1st hand knowledge from one of my docs.

Since I last posted about using Latisse, I have stopped using it. I did have a little bit of growth for the time that I used it but my under eyes have gotten dark too. When I first noticed the darkness I stopped for a few days and it went away but came back when I started again. So for me I do not think it is worth it to have long lashes and dark circles. A few coats of mascara will do just fine for me. =)

I've used Latisse for about 2 months now. My lashes are MUCH longer (when I use an eyelash curler on them, they practically touch my eyelid!).... but they are NOT any thicker. I was really hoping for thicker, denser lashes, and I'm just not getting it, so I might discontinue the use.
