I won Pleasures Perfume set from the October contest and never recieved a prize. They did send an Email comfimation but still no prize

There is another thread here about people not receiving prizes. Many people are still waiting on the prizes from the Summer Spa Sweepstakes that ended August 4, 2009 (including myself). I have emailed requesting information and send messages through this website and have yet to receive any type of response. I am sorry but it is really beginning to seem as if these sweepstakes they keep running are nothing more than a scam to get people to their website. I really hate to think like that but come on - its been 5-6 months since the Summer sweep ended and people STILL do not have their prizes and cannot get any type of response.

I won $100 e-gift card in the summer spa thing and have also yet to get my prize!! I have answered all emails they have sent me. I have been sending in emails asking where it is I did get one reply, but still no prize!! I won a contest before this one and got it in no time back when the site first opened. In this past contest I was surprised to learn I had won a Beautiful gift set. I got the verify your info email today. I am about ready to call and ask to speak to someone about the spa sweepstakes.

I won the pink contest that ended nov 3rd and i did get a e-mail i sent back my information said my prize would be here in 8 to 12 wks and nothing .i have sent many e-mails no reply at all..still waiting lol

I "won" in 3 different sweepstakes in October and November of 2008 and received comfirmation emails and sent back the information immediately. I am SO DISAPPOINTED that TotalBeauty is apparently just a scam operation because they will not respond to emails I have sent or through their "contact us" option on the site.

For everyone that's here that has had a similar problem, report the companies to the Better Business Bureau. It should not take more than 3-4 months to claim a prize. It sounds like they are practicing some shady thing or something. Report them and forward your winning emails when you do.

I won the "beauty in the city" contest in November. The e-mail told me I would get my $100 estee lauder gift card 8-10 weeks after the winners were confirmed (don't know what that means). I e-mailed eprize and they told me that the winners would be confirmed on Feb 1st. 8-10 weeks after that date would be the first couple weeks in April. So I am waiting till next month before I start getting angry.

ok still no prize from pink sweepstakes.I sent my info asap! soon as I gotten the e-mail,if theres a problem with everyones wins why not send us out a e-mail ,letter something to let everyone know what is going on.Im really fustrated right now along with everyone else on this forum.Well I see people are complaing from last summers sweepstakes geesh! please respond to our questions.
