I have been a department store person, but I am trying some drugstore products (opinions on this site helps me to pick the best ones!) One product that I tried recently was the mineral makeup by Physician's Formula. I have the "Talc-Free" and the "Organic" one. I love them both! I have tried foundations from Chanel and Dior, but I love the finish of these mineral makeups much better- and they are only a fraction of the price of Chanel. (one thing that helps is I use my Bare Escentuals full coverage brush with them for more desired coverage.) I also like a Cover Girl blush that I purchased recently. I will probably still go to the department stores for lipstick though (love Chanel!) but I am very happy that I have found some drugstore products that I love!

Discovered Olay Regenerist Filling & Sealing Wrinkle Treatment. Soooo amazing and it really works. Couldn't live without it now.

I actually prefer drugstore makeup compared to department store makeup. Most of the time, we don't even hit pan or finish our makeup that we buy. So why buy expensive if it's going to be thrown out within a year.

Thank goodness for Drugstore Diva and other bloggers who have helped educate me on the wonders of the drugstore. I've been a makeup snob for years but I'm really loving some drugstore finds. Right now I'm digging Milani color eyeliners and shadows. I also have Sally Hansen's diamond treatment lipgloss and it is a wonderful color...I haven't tried MAC Dazzleglass in person but it sounds like it could be the same look. I just bought a UDPP dupe, Loreal De-Crease (rec'd by the Necessary Makeup blog) and so far I'm loving it. The Loreal HIP collection has great shadows also.

I just bought Jane MaxLash2 Mascara and I love it!! It's the best Mascara I've found at a Drugstore. It's waterproof and has primer along with the mascara.

I'm loving Rimmel Fix and Perfect Primer. A tube is around $7.00. Got it at Walgreens for $3.50 during the 1/2 off Rimmel sale. It's almost identical to Philosophy's Poreless Flawless Primer. Love it and love the price!!!
