A favourite product of mine. Definitely works and does the job. Gives hair a little weight and control, without actually weighing down the hair. Smoothes and conditions. Excellent when used with blow-dryer. Nice lavender smell. Organic.

I've only tried the "Girls on Film" colour for this series of lip cosmetic, and it really does have a very rich, emollient, yet completely non-sticky texture. The shine is also either really low-key or else ultra-glitzy, depending on how much of this product you decide to use. According to the website, this product contains essential oils -- I'd list them here but admittedly forgot to save the packaging. I tend to stay away from their other products, although since they are cruelty-free I would totally promote them; however, I'm not really into this "cutesy" pink-packaging look and the names of some of these products are embarrassing. Still, I would probably try another of their products in the near future. Maybe the Herbal Eye Concealer? Their Brow Envy Kit also looks quite useful for those who lack brows or would like to define theirs more.

Change the scent!
I have never really used many of this brand's products. I once received one of their "three in one" something-or-other Cinnamon Buns wash, and liked it, so I thought I'd give it a go with this one. Anyhow, I have to agree with others that I also thought that this was supposed to smell like gingerbread; it actually smells more like a weak sort of ginger (if you want real ginger, try Origins, their product is very good). For this reason alone I would fault the product, along with the fact that unless you rub it on while dry, it won't get warm (as it claims it should, being a "hot salt scrub"); however, not everybody enjoys the texture of salt-rubs, they can be painful. I used this with warm water instead. It did the job as it said, so there's one good point. The benefits of this scrub? It has some good ingredients like sea salt, plankton extract, kelp, algae extract, bladderwrack, and caramel. But I would advise Philosophy, that, in the future, not to mislead customers who thought this product was going to actually smell like gingerbread. This company is cruelty-free.

Works well, if a bit oily
Don't use too much of this, it will make the hair greasy. Despite its oiliness, this product really is high-end and will make you feel like a million bucks. The scent is a bit annoying though.

I'm seeing red
This left my face red, like, a red mask. It didn't hurt, but I can't imagine what it did to make it red like that. Maybe this means that the product worked, but then again, I didn't really see any results that were worth mentioning. I applaud this brand for their vision and for being organic and all that, but it's still a little overpriced at times.

Hard Candy's Lip Quartets are very glamourous. I love the high-shine and the drama. These are very good for nighttime wear, I really would not recommend them for the office or your mild-mannered persona at work . . . looks too provocative!

Good product and inexpensive
This is a really nice, high-quality soap that is also long-lasting. You can see the chunks of clear mint in this (sort of like a clear jelly). I really love the texture and smell of this, and C.O. Bigelow's products are usually all-natural and not expensive.

Good for dry hair
Love this shampoo (and the conditioner). It is light, foamy, washes in and out well, and leaves the hair perfectly balanced. I have very dry hair and this works just fine. Highly recommended for dry to normal hair. Oilier hair needs something stronger.
