this is the only eyeliner i use. nice brush makes appliation easy, stays on all day but comes off with water. i use the black and it is black, stays black. i love this stuff! always shake before using.

Flirt! Opening Line Eyeliner

i like it

i was looking for navy liquid eyeliner, this is the closest i could find. easy to apply, long wearing and worth the money. i'd definately buy it again.
