Dry to a nice matte finish! I could use this on my face if I needed to but I use something else made for the face.

they need to re-formulate this because the other pencils they put out last. This was doesn't hold up very long at all.

I know this has a cult following but I tried it and returned it. It was decent mascara but I didn't love it for the price. I was looking for long, thick and feathery lashes and this didn't deliver.

this is a very nice hair cleanser. It doesn't weigh my hair down. There is a learning curve to using this product. This is a quality product.
