Suddenly I Have Beautiful Skin
I was a fan of MUFE Mat Velvet, but I always felt it made me look too "made up". I was at Sephora to replenish my Mat Velvet, and, just for the heck of it, I squirted a bit of the Face & Body Makeup on the back of my hand. Many years ago I had tested the Face & Body Makeup, and all I remember is that in addition to most of the colors being pink-based, it had a texture that seemed to sit on every groove, line, and pore on my skin. This initial test was many years ago, when Sephora first came to the US, but, based on this memory, I have a feeling the formula for Face & Body has changed since back then. This latest time when I tried it, it seemed to become part of my skin - as though it vanished - but my skin looked perfect; smooth, healthy, radiant. And that is how Face & Body has worked for me, every day since. I find shade #34 to be a perfect match year-round. This foundation blends with my skin, it doesn't cover it up, so it's more of an enhancer than a mask. Sunscreen is my nemesis when it comes to foundation, but Face & Body works beautifully over sunscreen. I find it to be most "flawless" when I apply it with a damp Beauty Blender sponge. If I'm not wearing sunscreen or anything else beneath it, I love the finish I get when applying this with fingertips. I never knew a foundation could possibly look to natural, and so much like real skin. And it's so easy to apply, and forgiving. You can't mess it up; it just seems like part of your skin. You can't even tell I'm wearing foundation with this makeup! There are parts of my face that I want to have more coverage than others, and I simply layer this foundation in those areas. It blends in like a dream, and you can't tell where there's more or less makeup. The finish is "natural", (especially because it seems to disappear). It leaves a very, very slight powder finish, but that can be blotted ot wiped off. This foundation is waterproof, and I think this is probably why it's also very good for oil-control. I do need to powder my nose, and do occasional touch-ups on my T-Zone, but I don't care. It looks like I'm powdering the nose of a face with nearly flawless, glowing skin. There are no streaks with this foundation, and it doesn't cake up, or glob up, or melt. It wears all day and all evening in all weather. This foundation is just about miraculous for the face, but it can also be used to mute bruises or smooth skin anywhere on the body. It stays put, and it looks like skin. This comes in a clear glass bottle, with a pump applicator. I pump it onto my sponge, and dot and blend it around my face; even my eyelids (for which it gives fantastic coverage). I've used other face and body makeup brands, including Visiora, and MAC, but Make Up For Ever is my very favorite.

I Don't Know What I'd Do Without It!
As I get older, I was noticing my pores in ways I'd never thought about in the past. Some makeup seemed to magnify them, and the skin around them was getting swollen and discolored. Having to use sunscreen every day in a sunny climate only exacerbated the problem. I started uing Picture Porefect when I'd received a couple of samples, and, inititally, I was surprised at how strong it seems. My skin rarely reacts to anything, so I hadn't expected to see peeling. It didn't take long for me to see that the exfoliation was much-needed, and that beneath the flaky skin was clear, strong, healthy skin. Picture Porefect instantly makes pores look smaller because it temporarily closes pores, (which also stops perspiration; a definite plus). This product makes facial skin as smooth as silk, it keeps sweat and oils from breaking through sunscreen and makeup, and it stops breakouts and irritation caused by oils. Even though the pore-closing occurs only when the product is on skin, regular use keeps my skin so much clearer and smoother that my pores are less noticeable even with a bare face. Picture Porefect and Poetry in Lotion are absolutely the most effective skin care products I've ever used with the best, and most noticeable results.

No Irritation, Beautiful, Healthy Skin
I've used many OTC retinol products, but none has made as much of a difference in my skin as Poetry in Lotion. I've used this every night, or every other night, for two years, and I've noticed clear pores, lighter melasma, shorter acne breakouts (if any), and firm, more even, soft skin. Other retinol products caused peeling, stinging, and crepey eyes, but I've never had anything negative with Poetry in Lotion. One bottle lasts for an average of three months, and no other moisturizer is needed with this creamy serum. Poetry in Lotion is truly effective, and remarkably gentle.

I've used eye treatments regularly throughout my whole adult life. I've always thought of them as "preventative" and hoped they would keep my eye skin in good shape. I never expected them to change the appearance of my skin, just to protect it. Wrinkle Revenge, however, provides a visible, healthier appearance to my skin. I tried Wrinkle Revenge Eye Balm only because I received a sample of it when I purchased the Murad I'd been using. I was so surprised by how great Wrinkle Revenge worked that I've been using it ever since. The skin around my eyes is plumped, I don't need concealer for dark circles, and, if my eyes are puffy from strain or lack of sleep, this shrinks the puffiness - really! It's gentle, scent-free, and it feels luxurious and elegant. It's also priced much for fairly than most eye creams that aren't half as good. I'd been paying $73.00 for Murad, so $48.00 is a great deal. This product is all-around wonderful.

The best antiperspirant I've ever used
Total Non-Scents Ultra-Gentle Brightening Anti-Perspirant is gentle, yet it's by far the most effective antiperspirant I've ever used. In general, roll-on formulas have always controlled wetness better than solids or creams, and I've learned that dermatologists consider roll-on formulas to be the most effective with the least irritation. I have been using Total NonScents for 4 years, and any perspiration and underarm discoloration problems I experienced are a thing of the past. Total NonScents keeps me dry and odor-free for 24+ hours, and I know for sure that it works for 36+ hours - it's amazing! It has no scent at all, which smells cleaner to me than a perfumy smell that's festered in armpits all day long. This bottle contains three ounces of a creamy liquid antiperspirant, (which is nearly twice as much as the amount icontained in average "drugstore" products), and the bottle lasts 4-5 months with everyday usage. I apply tTotal NonScents right after my morning shower, on dry underarms, and let it dry completely before dressing. It takes about 3 minutes to dry, as long as I apply it as a thin coating; 4 swipes in each armpit. This antiperspirant dries completely clear, and it helps keep my underarms soft and smooth. It never irritates, stings, or causes breakouts. Originally, it took about 8 weeks for me to see skin lightening, and then the lightening increased as I used the product. I can now alternate using this with regular Total Nonscents because I don't need as much brightening. I never realized how much I hated my underarms until I was so happy to see them looking so good! I would use this for the antiperspirant/deodorant qualities even if it didn't lighten in the least, because it's such a superior antiperspirant. It's an excellent value for $28.00, the packaging is top-notch, and the formulation is ingenious. This is not an ordinary, run-of-the-mill product, and for so many of us it's like a magical potion. If you've had problems with odor, discoloration, and irritation, this product may end all that for you, as it did for me!
