I just turned 50. A car accident in '92 left me quadriplegic... I love every extra day I get to spend w/ family & friends. My 16 yr old daughter(8 mo's at time of accident) was helping me get ready to go to the mall, she impatiently stated" gosh mom! I don't see why we have to do your hair & make-up! What do you expect people to think...that woman in that big old wheelchair may be disabled,but she looks stunning!?" I replied with a very exuberant YES YOU FINALLY GET IT
