I found this on sale on Black Friday at a local department store's salon (70% off!). I love that it heats up so quickly and has so many heat settings. I use it on the higher settings when I want tighter, more defined curls and on the mid-range settings when I'm looking for more imperfect, beachy waves. The only thing that would've made it better is if it came with a heatproof glove. Oh well, it's still a great styling tool and the thick barrel makes beautiful waves and curls.

I like this conditioner well enough, but I feel like my poor hair needed something even more nourishing. It was definitely an improvement over both Pantene and Dove, but not as good as my Biolage. No complaints about the nice, light smell either...just not as intense as my poor abused hair needs.

Hands down one of the best products I've ever used. I have very thick, wavy, highlighted hair that likes to frizz at even the mention of humidity. I've tried many blow dry lotions and straightening balms but have never come across anything as great as this. I apply ~2 pumps to damp hair that has air dried for about 15 minutes and blow dry using a paddle brush to smooth it straight. It makes my hair feel kind of funny while still damp (almost like I didn't use conditioner), but like absolute SILK when dried. I've never seen my hair so smooth and soft but still not greasy...it also feels like it cuts drying time down decently. I can even make it to second day hair without feeling like my hair is dirty or greasy.

The only complaint I have about this product is that it burns 10000000x worse than almost any other shampoo if you accidentally get some in your eye. Other than that, it's the best deep cleansing shampoo I've tried. I do feel that it dries my hair out a bit, so I only use it once a week, always follow it up with a good deep conditioning (with Biolage Hydratherapie Ultra Hydrating Balm). I'm not a big fan of strongly scented products, but tea tree oil is a fragrance I don't mind. I especially love how it makes my scalp tingle very slightly (in a good way, not painful at all) and how I can smell just a hint of it every time my hair moves during the day. It's a bit pricey, but since I only use a little bit once a week it lasts long enough to make it worth it.

Love, Love, LOVE!
After 10-ish years of actively searching for the perfect products to tame my thick, wavy (which I straighten regularly), frizz-prone hair I found this. I use both the Ultra Hydrating Shampoo and the Ultra Hydrating Balm and my hair has never been softer. It has a nice, clean smell (not a big fan of products with strong smells) and makes my hair feel and look its best. I also like to use the balm as a deep conditoner once a week (2-3 times in the summer when I'm in and out of the pool) and leave it on for 15-30 minutes instead of only a few. I would definitely recommend this to anyone with dry, frizzy, difficult hair!
