I have been happily married for 18 years and have a lovely son.  He plays cello for the Sacramento Youth Symphony.  I am a busy mom and look for short-cuts to beauty, because I do not have alot of spare time on my hands to spend on myself, as when I was young and single.  I think that beauty should radiate from inside, but there are lots of tricks we can find to help tha out alittle.  Diet, exercise, sleep, and good healthy living are very important, but I also take very good care of my skin an hair.  I am hoping to learn more here from others.
