I've been plagued by hangnails essentially for my entire life. My cuticles and the skin around the nail beds were chronically dry, cracked and horrible. That is all behind me thanks to this amazing stuff. CND Cuticle Eraser ($12) is a lotion containing alpha-hydroxy acids that gently "micro-exfoliate" the cuticle area. It also contains moisturizing agents like apricot kernel oil, aloe vera juice, and chamomile. There is a strong fruity fragrance that I wish were a little less prominent, but it's not unpleasant. If there is an open hangnail, then it will probably burn a little bit (it is acid after all). But with regular use, hangnails will be a thing of the past.

I'm a fan.
MAC Moisturecover comes in the same packaging as their gloss, complete with doe-foot applicator, making it petite enough to slip into a clutch or a small makeup bag. Two small dots of the concealer under the eye and a little bit of blending is all it takes to cover up literally years of poor nutrition and not enough sleep. Even more incredible, it does not sink into fine lines, and instead, leaves a smooth and perfectly concealed surface. I admit, I was totally blown away. There are 15 different shades from which to choose. If you are interested in checking it out, I highly recommend a field trip to the MAC counter so a sales person can help choose the best shade

Awesome Idea and Easy Execution
I am completely thrilled with the tarte Lock & Roll Creaseless Cream & Powder Shadow Duo ($17). The nice thing about this product is that it simplifies the old makeup artist trick for getting long-lasting color by putting the cream + powder in one handy product. Nice! Application is a cinch. Simply apply the cream color with the brush and then use the roller-ball mechanism to place the powder over top. And you're done. The brush can deposit a bit too much, so I would recommend using a pinky finger to smooth it out and evenly distribute the cream. Despite my expectation, the roller-ball deposits color surprisingly well for an overall polished look in no time at all.

Exfoliate your lips with real sugar crystals that dissolve and hydrate as well. The exfoliator is definitely better than the plumper (not sure how much 'plumping' action it actually provides. But, it is hydrating with a nice, soft sheen. Not too glossy. Fun product! I would rate it higher except I think it is a tad overpriced.

Low Maintenance Must Have
Easy way to keep your nails looking nice without spending precious minutes in the nail salon. Dries almost instantly for a very good-to-go product.

The only thing I like about this product is the built-in smudging tool. Otherwise, the eyeliner is soft and it is difficult to get an even, consistent line. It has no staying-power and will migrate all over your face as the day goes on. Horrible and certainly not worth $20!!!

Excellent highlight without the shimmer.
Most brown highlighters contain at least some amount of shimmer which can get a little tiresome. This one does not! The pencil is creamy, is easy to apply, and blends well. A definite winner. It is expensive for a pencil, so I gave it an 8 instead of a 10.

High quality products, but for a price...
Anastasia is known as the brow consultant to the stars. This kit contains all the necessary items to obtain your own Anastasia-approved brow look. My favorites are the brow powder, which is creamy and really clings to the brows and the spooley/angled brush. The clear gel is also great and doesn't cause crustiness. The downside is the price, def on the expensive side. But, if you are going to buy one or two items, I would just splurge for the whole it. If you're having a brow crisis, this is all you need.
