It falls just short of a 10 for because when you have a moisturizer (or maybe even a particularly moist concealer) under your eyes you can get some smudging. It does really well with nothing under your eye though and does all the wonderful things everyone claims it does. :)

To be honest I've never used this to take ALL eye makeup off but it seems to work very well for what I use it for. I have a trial (gwp) size that I keep in my makeup box to use specifically for when I get a tiny bit of mascara on my eye lids and need a quick clean up so I can reapply eye shadow directly after. For that purpose it works better than Neutrogena (which is what I use to take my make-up off at night) since Neutrogena can leave a bit of an oily residue behind so reapplying eye shadow directly following that doesn’t work so great. Another use I feel it has that is excellent is when you have a lot of fall out with a particularly sparkly eye shadow and need to clean up cheeks or under eye area. Again since it doesn’t leave a residue of any kind you can just carry on with applying whatever you’d like to your face without have to rinse off, etc…

Yea! I can wear almost every color in here! - That's no small feat especially for a blue eyed girl. It's a great value too compared to what all those colors would cost separately. Love it and will likely never leave it!

They're very smooth and go on quickly - especially if you normally wear a lid primer because this is two products in one. They're very well pigmented and there really is NO creasing. That's what impressed me the most. I have never before seen a cream eyeshadow not crease. You can even add a powdered contour color without any strange look Occurring. It looks as if they were both applied as dry powdered eyeshadows.

It helps a LOT with the stinging, itching and burning of mild rosacea. It has a cooling and soothing effect if you've recently tried a make up or sunscreen that is irritating your skin. It's almost an instant soothing too! It even heals the small blemish like pustules that pop up sometimes on my cheeks. I put a small amount of cream over them one day (where my skin was especially dry) and they were gone in 30 minutes!! After using this cream for 6 weeks I have no more stubborn dry patches!! Nothing has ever been able to get rid of them, not even Clinique's dramatically different lotion. I found out the reason why is because the dramatically different lotion has oil in it. And folks with rosacea are not supposed to use products with oil in them. I will use this stuff exclusively from here on out! Love it!
