Avon ULTRA LUXURY Brow Liner

Love this liner

I have used many different brands of eyeliner and actually loved one in particular but was not loving the price. decided to try the Ultra Luxury Brow in golden brown. It is fabulous and the price cannot be beat. I use a spooly type of brush to ensure that this is the most realistic brow liner everyday!!
