Gwyneth Paltrow Preachin' to the People: Modeling's 'a Perfect Job for When You Have Kids'

I tried this foundation on a whim this summer. I was not expecting to like it as much as I do. I picked this up on Warm Ivory and the color is a great match for both my summer and winter coloring. I don't know how Rimmel managed such a great shade, but they did. My skin is very oily, and this does require a setting powder for me. The finish is a nice, natural skin like finish that covers my redness while letting my freckles show. This foundation, with a primer, lasts me about 8 hours. For the price, I couldn't ask anymore out of it. While this obviously will not work for everyone, I say it's cheap enough to at least try. I was very pleasantly surprised.

bareMinerals ORIGINAL SPF 15 Foundation
Not for people with oily skin, large pores and fine lines around eyes
I bought into the mineral make up hype last year and decided to try this line of make up. I think it was the worst make up mistake I've ever made. It doesn't cover anything even with 7 applications with a kabuki brush. All it does is settle into my pores and fine lines making me look 10 years older than I am. At first I thought it was just my application technique like many others until I started doing my research. I realized I'm not the only one with this problem. Back to "regular" foundations for me.
