  • Physicians Formula Happy Booster Glow & Mood Boosting Blush

I was worried when I first bought this, because it is fairly dark, and I have fair to light skin with cool/neutral undertones. However, it got such great reviews, so I decided to try it. I don't regret it! It's a beautiful color, and it looks just perfect on my skin. It looks like a natural flush, but really soft. It blends pretty well and the color payoff is good. It could last longer, but it's pretty good. It never looks streaky. HG blush for sure!

  • Dior Diorshow Iconic

I was not impressed with this stuff. Didn't wow me with the curl. It might have, if it had also lengthened my short lashes, but it didn't. What good is the curl if your lashes aren't long enough to see it? It also felt heavy and clumpy. Not a fan. Save your money and get L'Oreal.

  • L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Waterproof Mascara

I've tried all sorts of mascaras in every formulation and brand imaginable (volumizing, lengthening, curling, Dior, Tarte, Covergirl, Rimmel, Maybelline) and this is definitely my holy grail mascara!!! This stuff is so fantastic. It really is waterproof, doesn't budge or flake off ever, like covergirl and maybelline both did to me, even their waterproof versions. It doesn't feel heavy to me, and it gives my great volume and definition, even length, which it doesn't advertise! My eyelashes look much longer and nicer with this stuff. And it doesn't clump if you're careful. Just don't reapply after the mascara has already dried, and use an eyelash comb if necessary. Another tip: when you first take the wand out of the tube, wipe it two or three times on the rim of the tube to get rid of any clumps on the brush, that way they don't end up on your lashes. Thanks, L'Oreal, you've found a customer for life, don't ever change the formula!

  • Vincent Longo Creme Concealer

This stuff sucks. I used it on my undereye circles and it covers alright, but man is it GREASY. I looked so shiny, it was disgusting. I even set it will all kinds of powder so that's not the problem. So wanted to like this, but it's not worth the money to look like my eyes are sweating.

  • MAC Pro Longwear Concealer

This is a must-have in my make up arsenal. I love it because it matches your skin tone perfectly, being MAC with their many shades. I am NC20, and it looks just a tad light, which is alright because it brightens my undereyes (where I use it) and once it kind of settles in it looks very good. It is also easy to blend. This stuff never cakes on me, and definitely lives up to the name "longwear," it's the long-wearing concealer I've tried that's stayed on all day. It doesn't melt off or make me look dry, and I have dry skin. I have horrendous genetic dark circles, and this covers them perfectly. There are only one or two little things wrong with this concealer, but no product is perfect. 1) when I first put it on, it looks a tad shiny/greasy, but once I set it with powder it does just fine the rest of the day. 2) I have lines just from the way my face is shaped that casts a dark shadow on a certain part of my undereyes. No concealer has ever been able to fill this spot in with out looking cakey, and this is no exception. I am still looking for the perfect one, but for now it looks alright to put on the MAC Pro Longwear and then use my Physician's formula stick concealer over that in those spots to add some density to the coverage. 3) the packing is pretty awful. The pump always gives you way too much and then I feel like I'm wasting product, and I can't figure out how to get the thing open to just use it from there. The best way I've found to not waste product is to use an empty sample container from sephora, put a pump of the concealer in there, and use a concealer brush after that. The concealer in the sample container usually lasts me 2-3 days, and it doesn't dry up on me. Overall, this is really a fabulous concealer, and covers better than estee lauder double wear, in my opinion. Highly recommended for those of you who suffer from heredity dark circles.

  • Redken All Soft Conditioner

I love this conditioner! I was wary at first, because it is so expensive and my hair is really fine, so I didn't want it to weigh it down or look greasy. This is probably the best conditioner I've ever used. It made my dry hair moisturized, ridiculously soft, as the name says, and it kept away all traces of frizz in my frizzy hair, which it didn't claim to do! I am so impressed with this. Also, my hair has NEVER looked this shiny or felt this soft. I didn't even know this level of softness and shine was possible. I think it will last me a long time because I don't use it every day and you don't need a lot, so it's worth the money, in my opinion. Highly recommended if you want to finally realize your hair's true potential for greatness. Only one little quabble, use a volumizing shampoo if you have fine hair because it smooths your hair down to its smoothest state, which can leave it very thin and lanky if you haven't beefed up the strands beforehand. This may just be my holy grail conditioner!!

  • Maybelline New York Mineral Power Natural Perfecting Liquid Foundation

I really like this foundation because it goes on smooth and it has light-medium buildable coverage. It doesn't feel like i'm wearing a mask, which is really nice as I hate thick liquid foundations. Powdery foundations make me look chalky, so this is a nice balance. It lasts a lot longer if you use primer and set it with powder, but overall it's a great foundation for cheap. be sure to moisturize, though, because it can accentuate the look of dry skin a bit. I would definitely recommend this, although it is true that there isn't a great shade range, and luckily I match one of the shades. Also, the packaging is wonderful because it NEVER dries out. It comes out rather fast but when i get too much i just wipe it on the rim, screw the cap back on, and its still good the next time i use it!! No wasted product! Please, Maybelline, never discontinue this it is a staple for me.

  • Revlon ColorStay Under Eye Concealer

This concealer is not my favorite, and I won't purchase it again. It conceals alright, just not enough for my heavy dark circles. It also doesn't look too great by the end of the day. I bought the lightest shade and it was still a bit too dark; it might work better for someone with warmer undertones. I also HATE the applicator. It takes forever for the makeup to actually come out, and when it does you get way to much and have to put the cap on and hope it doesn't dry out before the next time you use it. Then it gets all clogged up and takes even LONGER to come out the tip. Horrible design.

  • Aussie Stylers Smoothing Serum

I really like this serum. Usually I can't use serums because my hair is very fine and they make it look greasy, but this product didn't do that. I originally bought it because I burned my hair with my straightening iron and some online forums said to coat it with a serum after deep conditioning to seal moisture into the hair cuticle. This product did exactly what it said, tamed frizz, and it really made a difference on my damaged hair. I would definitely purchase again.

  • C.O. Bigelow Rose Salve
    9.0

    C.O. Bigelow Rose Salve

    Great multifunctional product

This is a really nice "do-anything" product for on the go. It's a great lip balm, makes them really soft and smooth and not sticky, with a hint of shine. I only wish it was a bit pigmented, because my lips are very skin colored. I also love that this works on dry patches of skin and cuticles! It really is a perfect beauty essential for your purse, and it's nice and cheap. They last a really long time, too!
