Another sample recipient loves this product
Count me in among those who got the sample in Baby from Sephora! I loved the sample so much that I decided to buy the full-sized version. The price is a little high, but it smells and tastes pleasant and the color is nice on me. I think it's a quality product and I'm open to trying another color sometime.

A nice product from Philosophy
I bought a 2 ounce jar of this in March, and I still have plenty. I use it only at night because there is no SPF. I don't love the lavender scent (it's hard to make a lavender scent that smells as good or better than the actual plant), but the scent doesn't seem to linger. This doesn't add redness to my skin, which is a major requirement for me. My face and neck feel soft and the cream does not make my skin break out, as some moisturizers have a tendency to do. It's a little pricey for me, but I do plan to buy another jar once this one runs out. Try to get a sample before you buy, because this seems to be a product that people either love or hate.

Hate to wear foundation, love to wear tinted moisturizer!
I've never had much success with foundations. I could never get the right color, or it always felt heavy on my face, so I gave up on it years ago. The woman at Sephora helped me find my color (Porcelain) and showed me how to apply it with my fingers, and I liked the result so much that I decided I'd be crazy and fork over the $42. I wear it over my usual moisturizer with SPF, and layering the two products does not seem to cause any problems. It's just enough to make my skin look a bit more even and not so red. I plan to buy it again, but I wish it didn't cost so much.

I use this daily.
I have fair skin, with a tendency to blush easily. The least bit of sun or exertion makes my face very red. I chose this for the high SPF after a frustrating search and after buying more expensive products that I ended up giving away. I wear it every day, then I use tinted moisturizer over it. It doesn't have an odor, it doesn't make my face look greasy, and I haven't had any bad sunburns since I started using it a few years ago. The price is good, and it's available at drugstores, Wal-Mart and Target.

Red face, green lotion = Christmas face
I mentioned in another review for a Eucerin product that I have fair skin and I blush easily and turn red easily in the sun or when I exercise. I live in the Southwest, and heat makes my face bright red, too. So I decided to give this a shot. I switched back to my regular Eucerin with SPF 30 right away. The green-tinted lotion did nothing to help my red face. I had lovely pea-soup green pores to go with my red cheeks after I used this. I don't recommend it!

The poppy seeds would have been better off on bagels!
I have horribly callused feet that sometimes feel like sandpaper, so maybe that's the problem. If I had feet that were a bit softer, this scrub probably would have been perfect for them. I wouldn't recommend it for people who need a heavy-duty scrub like I do. It's a decent scrub, but not ideal for me.

Cute little set from Smashbox
The colors are not universally flattering, so this is a good set to buy if you'd like to divide some of the glosses among friends, or if you like to mix custom colors. 35mm is too dark brown to suit me, but the rest of the colors seem to work. My favorites are Illume, Force and Glide. The glosses give a lot of color and shine and aren't really sticky. I don't detect any flavor, which is good, because some gorgeous glosses have an unfortunate taste to them that I can't stand to have on my lips. Every color I've tried seems to last awhile, but as with all gloss, you're not going to get away with applying once and forgetting about it. I'm beginning to change my mind about applicators, though. Before, I liked brush applicators, but I've noticed that a few in this set have stray bristles that like to stick up away from the rest of the brush, which can be a hassle. The set cost me $29 from Sephora.com, but I wouldn't pay the $90 that they claim the set is worth.

Loved the sample!
I got a sample from Sephora, in Afterglow. I like the brush applicator and love the shine. It seems to last long and isn't goopy or sticky. It smells pleasant, too.

A good drugstore lip balm
I need lip balm, big time! My lips get chapped and cracked very easily unless I keep something on them at all times. Lip gloss never looks good on chapped lips, and I love to wear lip gloss, so I use this stuff first. It doesn't have a medicinal taste, it smells nice, and it makes my lips softer than anything else that I've tried.

Delicious apple scent
This smells great and my skin felt soft. I like a bubble bath now and then, and this makes the bathroom smell almost like a Macintosh Yankee Candle is burning in there. I got abundant bubbles from a fairly small amount.
