Here are all my reviews:
  • Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser

After (reluctantly) changing from my beloved Clinique at the suggestion of my beautician friend, I was unconvinced anything would help with the redness in my skin. But after using this with Barrier Repair and Gentle Soothing Booster, my skin has changed dramatically and I'm so pleased with the results. Very gentle on my sensitive skin, I noticed after my first wash the difference in redness levels compared to my old cleanser. I like that I can use it on my eyes but I don't rely on it and always take eye make up off first with some remover. My skin never feels dry, taught or itchy. I love it! I wont even take a star off for price because I believe it's worth every penny.

  • Dermalogica UltraCalming Barrier Repair

It sounds dramatic, but Dermalogica has changed my life. For years I thought the redness on my face was just a fact of life and there was nothing I could do about it. So I carried on using my Clinique 3 step which I was convinced was the right thing for my skin until a beautician friend introduced me to the range from Dermalogica for sensitive skin. 2 months on, I am so much more confident in my skin. While the redness is still there (I doubted it would go so quickly, anyway) it is no where near as bad as it used to be, and for the first time in years I feel confident enough to go out of the house without make up on. Barrier repair has softened and smoothed my skin, despite me thinking it wouldn't be moisturising enough when I first tried it, I now find my skin is less thirsty then it was before. Expensive, but for the confidence it has given me back I think it's worth it.

  • Benefit BADgal Lash
    9.0

    Benefit BADgal Lash

Bad gal lash not so bad.

Badgal lash claims to be like "wearing a set of false eyelashes" and while it may not be AS dramatic as actual falsies, this is still one of my favourite mascaras. The big fat brush coats all lashes in one sweep and builds amazing volume, but what's even more amazing is that is doesn't clump! I have tried so many volumising mascaras that claim to be clump free but aren't and this is the only one that has lived up to my expectations. It is a little pricey, which is why it hasn't been given a 10, but I'm still willing to pay that little bit extra to get the lashes I want.

  • The Body Shop Honey & Oat 3-in-1 Scrub Mask

I have quite sensitive and dry skin and this has never irritated my skin in the 2 years I've used it. It doesn't scrub as much as it claims too (hence only the 8 out of 10) but the kaolin clay keeps my skin clean and the honey ensures my skin stays supple and moist. I use this once a week after showering when my pores are still open. Be warned if you try this and don't normally use masks: you may break out after using it, but that's a good thing - it means it's cleaning out whatever gunk is under your skin.

  • Ardell Brow & Lash Growth Accelerator

I bought this after reading some favorable reviews because my lashes had started to go quite brittle and sparse (I'm a mascara junkie). After 2 days of using it I woke up and both eyes were swollen and red raw. My skin started peeling and the swelling didn't go down for about 3 days, the red marks remained for a week. I have no idea what ingredient it was, but I threw this stuff in the bin straight away and I will never use it again. As an aside, after a week of not being able to use anything on my eyes my eyelashes started to look much thicker and healthier - so maybe taking a break from wearing mascara is a much better idea.

  • Clinique Moisture Sheer Tint SPF 15
    10.0

Clinique Moisture Sheer Tint SPF 15

    My favourite tinted moisturiser

I love this product! I'm lucky enough to have pretty clear skin so I don't need very heavy coverage. This is perfect for day wear when I just want something to pep my skin up. My skin is quite dry and dull, this gives it a nice dewy, healthy look, without even looking like I'm wearing make up. Obviously I wouldn't recommend it for oilier skin as it is a moisturiser, or for people who want heavy coverage. I wont ever use another tinted moisturiser again!

  • CoverGirl LashBlast Volume Mascara

After trying and being very disappointed with maybelline define a lash, I have been very wary of rubber brushes on mascara but after looking at the brush I decided to give it a go. It's a much thicker and fatter brush then the maybelline one, and it actually works. The combs are long enough to prevent clumping and the brush is a good size for coating all lashes. I didn't get as much volume as I wanted which is why I'm only giving it an 8, but it still gave me a nice, clump free, well defined look. Probably not the best for going out if you want a dramatic look but very nice for day wear. The cheap price is also a plus, it's better then some of the more expensive ones that's for sure. Will re-buy.

  • Maybelline New York Define-A-Lash Washable Lengthening Mascara

My friend always has perfect looking lashes and she told me she used this so I went out and tried it. What a let down. I have long lashes, and their not necessarily thin or lacking volume, but this mascara made me look like I had spindly spider legs for eyelashes. Horrible! I tried putting on a second coat but this just made it clumpy. I also didn't like the rubber brush. Covergirl lashblast has a rubber applicator and is much better and in the same price range. Perhaps this would suit girls who have loads of volume and just want a bit of definition? But it's definitely not for me.

  • Clinique 7 Day Scrub Cream Rinse-Off Formula

I first tried this as a free sample in a gift pack I got when I first bought the 3 step skin care from Clinique. It's the best scrub I've ever used. I have quite sensitive and dry combination skin. The creamy consistency means it doesn't irritate my sensitive skin, but it still feels like it's really scrubbing away all the dry flakes. My skin feels so clean and fresh after using this but never dry or irritated. This is now part of my perfect skin care regime along with the 3 step system. Well worth the money.

  • Dior Diorshow Mascara

I can't decide whether I love it or hate it..It does give you great volume and length, but I have problems with it being so clumpy. Some people might like that look, but I have to comb out all the clumps before I'm happy with it. For $50 (AU) I don't think I'll re-buy. I would have expected more from such an expensive brand but the clumping has really put me off, not worth the money in my opinion.
