True to its word.
I'm going to preface my review by saying that I am a mineral make up lover through and through (or so I thought). I love my Everyday Minerals base, it evens out my skin tone, looks natural and keeps my skin healthy. However, late last year I went on a search to find a foundation that would last my full work day. My mineral make up just wasn't cutting it no matter what I tried and my days were too busy to stop work and re-apply my make up when it was looking a little tired. Spurred on by all the excellent reviews on Total Beauty I went and had a look at Revlon Colour Stay at my local chemist. I found my colour match almost straight away which pleased me and I was even more pleased when I found it still matched when I got home and looked at it in non cosmetic counter lighting! I use a damp sponge to apply this when my moisturiser has had only 1-2 minutes to absorb. I find less is more with this foundation or it can become cakey. Once I've worked quickly to blend it in it is easy to apply more with the damp sponge if need be and I find a light misting of a facial spray can help stop it from drying too quickly. Having finished my first bottle recently I can say I am very impressed with this product. It does stay all day and the finish is wonderfully natural with just the right amount of 'dewiness' to prevent my skin looking dried out and drab. I use a light dusting of loose powder under my eyes and around my mouth/nose to prevent creasing and it looks fresh all day. Revlon, you have restored my faith in liquid foundations (but you're packaging sucks)!

Great at first..
I have been a fan of the Color Stay Liquid for dry skin for a while, so when I saw this product I thought it would be a nice alternative for the summer weather when my skin is a little oilier. At first I loved this even more than the original, it was so light weight on application and my skin felt so smooth once it was set, I didn't even feel like I was wearing make up! 3 months down the track and unfortunately my skin is the worse for wear and I think this product may have contributed - it is the only real change I have made to what products I've been using on my face. I have never had a problem with blemishes before, but now I am experiencing big, painful pimples that are taking up to 2 weeks to clear and leaving behind dark red marks for weeks more. My skin is no longer smooth to touch but riddled with tiny bumps beneath the surface - I am at my wits end! As much as I wanted to love this product there must be something in it that just doesn't agree with my skin - judging by the other reviews on here I must just be very unlucky!

I have been using this concealer for the last 3 years and it really is an excellent product. I mainly use it to conceal redness around my nose and the occasional blemish. It is very highly pigmented so a little goes a long way, 1 tube lasted me 2 years! When I first started using this I had a hard time stopping it from looking cakey, but I soon realised that I only needed the smallest amount for the product to conceal effectively. If using it to conceal dark circles I make sure to use an eye cream underneath otherwise it can be a little drying to the eye area, everywhere else I find it is smooth and creamy and I use the warmth of my fingers to help blend into my skin. My only qualm would be that I am not the palest of the fair haired ladies but the lightest shade, which is yellow toned, is perfect for me which means pale and pink toned ladies might not find a good colour match.

Dewy skin in a bottle
I have had this product in my make up bag for almost 5 years and I love it. I only need to use a few dots to achieve the desired affect which means 1 bottle lasts me close to a year, even longer if it's not used every day. It gives skin a beautiful creamy glow but doesn't make me look like a sparkly disco ball and blends easily. I have pale skin with yellow undertones and I find the icy pick colour complements my skin tone quite well. Yes the bottle design could be better but that won't stop me from re-buying!

My skin is quite dry and sensitive and before using this I had been using Body Shop's Vitamin E night cream. My skin was quite dry and dull, so I switched to this and the morning after I immediately noticed the difference. I remember waking up and being amazed! My skin was nice and plump and so smooth - the smoothest I had ever felt it. It calms my sensitive skin after a day of make up and environmental stresses that can make my skin quite red and it doesn't clog my pores. I recently recommended it to a friend who had a bad reaction to something and she raved about it the next day to me. I will never be without this cream, and the community trade stories behind it make me feel even better about using it.

Perfect in every way.
This is honestly the only bronzer I have ever used and I wont change. It was given to me as a Christmas present, and had I not received it I probably would never have bought it - being quite fair I never thought bronzer would suit me! But lo and behold, shade 1 is absolutely perfect, it doesn't turn me orange (providing I use a light hand) and it has barely detectable sparkles which make it perfect for dusting all over my face to perk up my pale skin without making me look like a sparkly oompa loompa! Plus, one compact has lasted me 2 years with daily use. Like I said, it's perfect!

A little pricey, but worth it
EDIT: I re-discovered Olay recently and have found everything I need in Complete Defense SPF30+ sensitive. I have taken off 3 stars because I can no longer justify the price of a very basic moisturiser when I can find something that does as good a job, plus has sunscreen at a quarter of the price. I can't say enough good things about Clinique. I am a 3 step devotee and I love this moisturiser. It is a nice light consistency which doesn't irritate my sensitive skin and gives me enough moisture without making me too oily. Drier skin types who find they don't get enough moisture from this should step up to a richer moisturiser such as moisture surge which I find great in the winter months. I have two gripes with this though. 1) it is pretty expensive for a moisturiser. I have only started buying it since I found it online for about half the regular price it is in shops. 2) It doesn't come with SPF. As a fair skinned girl SPF is a necessity and given the expensive price tag of the moisturiser on it' own, I never liked the idea of having to fork out more money for sunblock that also added another step in the morning. Again, I found city block online for much cheaper and now I can afford to use both I am very happy. City block is probably the only sunblock that hasn't irritated my skin. Had I not found it online for much cheaper than normal I probably wouldn't be using it now, but if price isn't a problem this moisturiser is definately worth it.

I'll never change!
EDIT: I was convinced by my beautician to try Dermalogica Ultracalming Cleanser because she said it would actually help with the redness in my skin. I was reluctant and skeptical, but I am now a convert! I wont change my rating though, it does everything it says it does, the redness is my own issue, this is a great cleanser! I have VERY sensitive skin and suffer from excema and up until a year ago I was switching between so many brands of skin care that claimed to be good for sensitive skin but nothing was working. I always used to see Clinique ads in magazines saying they were good for sensitive skin because they were fragrance free so I decided to try it and I'm so glad I did. I bought the 3 step program and within a month my skin had settled down and looked better then I can ever remember. One bottle lasts me about 3 months and I am such a convert pretty much everything in my beauty cabinet is now from Clinique. It is the most expensive cleanser I have tried, but seems how it's the only thing that works for my skin I think it is well worth the money.

Like many, both my Grandmother and my mother swore by the classic beauty fluid and that was also my first moisturiser as a teen. I tried this one about a year ago and for some reason I moved onto something else. I was recently looking for a light spf moisturiser as we're coming into summer in Australia and decided to go back and try this. I am so glad I did because I know that I will keep rebuying this forever. I'm not sure if the formula has changed in the last year or so because this time around I noticed it spread much more easily. It doesn't leave a white cast nor flare up the redness my sensitive skin is prone to. It ticks all the boxes..I think my search for the perfect day time moisturiser is over! Great value for money, lasts me about 3-4 months. I wish they had a cream spf 30+ version for winter time though!

Pricey but does what it says
I use this with the Ultracalming Cleanser and Barrier Repair. I started using it about a 6 weeks after I started the other two products and within days I noticed a huge difference. I don't think my skin would be the same without it. I only use it on my cheeks and nose where I get redness, because it is expensive I use it sparingly, but you don't need a lot anyway. Lightweight and easily absorbed. It is a tiny bottle, though and it costs me $86(AU) so I have been looking around for alternatives to see if something else might be in my price range. That's the only reason I took a star off. If you have the money to spend, it's definitely worth it.
