Benefit Lip Plump

Poor Benefit Lip Plump always gets a bad rap!! Despite the name this product is NOT a lip plumper and was never meant to be. It's a lip primer that builds up the contours of your lip. It's actually amazing when used in a small amount under your lipstick (use your finger to blend instead of slapping it on with the applicator!). I also use a little extra before applying NARS Chelsea Girls for a super neutral lip, which by the way, looks GOR-GEOUS.
