CoverGirl Outlast Smoothwear All-Day Eyeliner

Great eyeliner

I've used covergirl for years and this is by far the best eyeliner. I swim a lot and as long as I do not rub my eyes hard while in the water this eyeliner stays put. I've used other brands some costing more some less but I always come back to CoverGirl Outlast ALL DAY wear. IT WORKS GREAT and really does last all day!!!
