This used to be my favorite lip balm. It worked well at moisturizing my lips although i will say that my lips don't tend to chap or dry out very much so I can't say how it would work on severely dry lips. The formula is very light which I suspect wouldn't make it the best for lips that need heavy duty moisturizing. It's good for maintaining soft lips though. It doesn't have the staying power of some other balms out there; it seems to be absorbed quickly which is something that I like since I don't like to actually feel anything on my lips. The only reason I switched balms was because I love mentholated sensation from Burt's Bees Wax. The case is very slim & compact so it doesn't take up very much room. They have lots of flavors & I've liked every one I've tried. It's inexpensive which is a big plus.

I tried this on at Sephora; thank goodness they had a tester otherwise I would have made a bad purchase. I tried it on my cheeks but the color was not really flattering on my olive toned skin. It looked better on my lips but not any better than other lip stains I have. The staying power is alright-- I think most ladies will need to reapply throughout the day. On the plus side, I think it would look amazing on anyone with fair skin & it is quite easy to blend & build up color. I wasn't a huge fan of the applicator but it does the job.

This has a ridiculously strong smell to it-- fake vanilla-y. The colors are a bit too bright; I have an olive tone so I can only imagine how bright it would look on anyone with a fair complexion, especially the pink shade. It also doesn't last very long; it starts fading very quickly around the center of the lips. Considering how many much more affordable lip stains are on the market, I will not be repurchasing this. The bottle is cute though.

This is probably the best lip stain I have tried to date. I have never had a problem with lip stains drying out my lips & this was no exception. This is highly pigmented & the color payoff is amazing so you can have a sheer look or a more dramatic one. The amazing thing about this was that it actually lasted more than 16 hours on me ( I know I'd think I was lying too). I put it on around 10 am & didn't need to reapply. I ate, talked, drank, showered, brushed my teeth & by the end of the day it was still there. I even went to bed with it on since I couldn't get it off & it was still there the next morning (although it did finally fade to a just-ate-a-Popsicle look). The only things I could think would bother someone is that the color selection seems to be rather small & the stain it self has a strong scent. That usually bothers me but it goes away after a few seconds once it's fully dry.

Okay so I used to use this a lot-- it worked at getting my hair off for a good amount of time & never irritated my skin. I also didn't really mind that it stinks a lot. So why did I stop using it? Well I started going to beauty school & learned this stuff is really bad for your skin. Think about it: your hair & skin are made up of the same thing basically & this contains very strong chemicals meant to dissolve hair. Of course, some people -- me included-- never have a problem but you can actually develop a problem out of nowhere. If you insist on using this, make sure you test it on a small area of your body before a full application like the bottle advises. I actually met a lady who developed severe discoloration on areas she used Nair one day out of the blue after years of using this product without incident. I highly recommend sticking to shaving or waxing over this!

If you don't have the best of lashes, it might be worth it to splurge & buy this. I especially recommend it to Asian women who have thin/short/straight lashes since it does help with all those issues. A friend of mine swears by this. It does make lashes look very pretty. I personally wouldn't repurchase though for 3 reasons:1. It's not as black as I like 2. It flakes quite a bit 3. I have long, curly lashes that just need some volume & a drugstore brand does the trick for me.

I don't know what's up with this formula. I tried it out at the makeup counter so at least I didn't spend anything on this. All this did was clump like nothing else & it made my lashes actually feel heavy & hard.

I don't really get the hype on this. This doesn't work much better than some drugstore brands do on me & considering the price, I expected more. The color is nice I will say & if you need lengthening ( & feel like splurging) I would suggest this to you. Volume was the downer for me; I had to put about 3 or 4 coats to get the thickness I like & that's just a bit too heavy for me. I do like the smaller brush though. It makes for a cleaner application on smaller eyes as well as edge & bottom lashes.

I won't mention too much on the actual fragrance; it's very flower & I personally liked it, but I suggest you test it. I received a mini bottle of this (the bottle was so adorable) for free so I can't complain about the cost. I will say that I wouldn't buy this though; considering the retail price I would expect that a bottle would last for a good amount of time. This fragrance fades away so quickly. I have body splashes that last longer than this fragrance.

I really prefer the regular formula to the water-proof version. I feel like it the water-proof incarnation clumps so the volume doesn't look as nice. The brush also seems bigger which is big problem for me because I have sparse, thin lower lashes so if I try to use this brush to coat them, it's a big mess.
