Grace in Shower
This is my absolute-never-fail type of shower gel. The scent is very gentle and girly. The scent lingers on your skin after the shower too. I've gotten lots of compliment with this without even layering any this line's moisturizer or perfume. It doesn't dry your skin, in fact after using this, i don't even put moisturizer after shower. Even though it is a great concept to group 3 purposes into one bottle, it is somehow lacking something as a shampoo. I can't exactly pinpoint what though..

Good Drugstore Buy!
I first got this gloss in "Moonlight Mauve," then I liked it so much in less than a day, I went back to CVS the next day to buy 2 more colors "Mystical Mauve" and "Sugar Plum." The choices of colors are great, but maybe because my lips are naturally pigmented, a lil pale-reddish to begin with, the colors are quite sheer on me except for "Sugar Plum." When you first put on, it is definitely very moisturizing. But the color fades in less than half and hour (I just timed it); BUT the moisture remains for one hour or a lil less. However, if I compare these glosses with NARS'S glosses, the quality is very very far apart. Sure, Sally Hansen got the colors and initial moisture perfectly! And I think, for $7.99 or less, depending on your drugstore sales, this is a great buy, just wish the color stays on longer. NARS on the other hand, in addition to its high pigmentation, the moisture lasts past one hour for me. The bad part is the $20.00 price tag. So it's a matter of $7.99 good drugstore quality or $20.00+ NARS. The only analogy I can make in terms of color is Sugar Plum, as a milder version of NARS's Dolce Vita. Mystical Mauve and Moonlight Mauve are sheer on my lips, but they are really pretty (and safe) colors that are suitable for all skin type. I don't see how it can go wrong as it is quite sheer.

Great day time mascara
As a person who wears glasses everyday, I do not like mascaras that lengthen my eyelashes, because it would brush against my glasses. I personally don't understand how this mascara is going to make my eyelashes healthy, BUT, I do love the size of the brush. The tip of the brush is small enough to take on the smaller inner lashes. I love the volume that it delivers, it gives a very natural day time look and definitely an "eye-opener" to start the day off. However, it does have clumps, but it's not that of a hassle cause you just have to wipe it off. When I bought this from CVS, it came with a horizontal mini two sided mirror, which, truth be told, was the main reason that I bought this mascara. All in all, I would definitely recommend buying this mascara because I am absolutely satisfied with the volume that it delivers, and it's below $10!

Not good enough
First off, I was kinda upset by how the surface of the lip balms look like when I first open to use them. All 3 of mine have a rough, dotted looking surface texture. During my first application, the balm was not at all smooth or waxy, in fact it was sort of dragging my lips with the dotted surface clearly rubbing on my lips. After a week, the dotted thingy went away..I absolutely have no idea what they are. The colors for all 3 is not very satisfying in that the pink doesn't seem pink, it's more to old-shade of pink; the red-ish one is almost colorless on my lips; the plum colored one makes me look like I aged 5 years. The twist applicator for my plum-colored balm is defected at my first use. There's a very strong artificial apple scent and taste to the balm which bugs me a little. BUT, I do have to applaud for the SPF factor of the balm and the effort in making it as organic as possible. On a different issue, my sister had a really bad allergic reaction to this lip balm. She already has full lips to begin with and after 2 hours of using this, her lips got oddly bigger and it took more than a week for it to heal. Value for money: No, not for me after seeing my sister's bad allergic reaction to it. And I don't need 3 lip balms in one box; I don't have that many lips. With the short expiration date, I might not be able to finish all 3 in time. it'd be great if they give us a choice to choose the color for ourselves.

Simple White Classic
This is actually my very first fragrance given by my mother when I was 16 years old. It's so nostalgic seeing it here now that I've left home and no longer have it on my shelf. I won't say that it's a gentle scent, but it has a very classic but a slightly modern twist to it. Although I grew up in sunny tropical Malaysia and I've never been to Scotland or Ireland, this scent always remind me of those endless big green land there. Definitely a white floral, with a hint of musk. A good accompaniment with your classic little black dress.

I'm a sucker for oil-free products because I have combination skin; and at times, my skin gets overly excited and decides to be on the oily side when I'm living in hot and (occasionally) tropical climate of sunny SoCal. I like its tinted SPF 30 factor and the simple classic packaging. If you are looking for a serious coverage of redness and acne scars, this is not for you. If you don't mind having the redness and healing acne scars to show vaguely, this is for you (and me). Even though it claims to be oil-free, it doesn't stay oil-free through the day, at most from 9am to 3pm, as evidence of my review headline. So what I do is I apply Smashbox Primer Light before applying this tinted moisturizer, then I'm good to go! I would say that this product is somewhat a good buy. The reluctance of it being a good buy because I feel somewhat cheated with the oil-free idea.

Lil glow here, there and everywhere~
I've been using this for 3 months now and I absolutely am in love with this . It actually makes me really happy after I use it, in that, i see instant dewy-glow after washing it away. I have combination skin, consistent redness on cheeks, and occasional acne, and this product makes me feel happy because I can break away from the usual acne mask that intends to medicates your face. One big issue I HAD (but no longer) with this product is the strong papaya-fishy smell/stench, it did take a while for me to get used to the smell because I hate papaya and fishy smell, d-uh. The texture of the mask is gooey and i think it makes it easier to smooth over your face during application, during your masking session, your face is dewy-oily and as you wash it off, it glides off as you lightly rub it away. Although the instruction says to "lift the mask up," it's too freaking gooey for me to do that! The packaging is leak-proof, and in some ways quite interesting, the mask looks like it's "bagged" inside a tube and i love love the simple-non braggish description of the product. As you can see from my enthusiasm of this product, i definitely believe that it's a worthy buy.

After staring at this stain undecided for who knows how long in Sephora, I finally caved in with high hopes due to the good reviews here. However, my disappointment of this product came sooner than i expected, Despite it being a cherry-red stain, it only manages to stain my lower lips and not my upper lips even after i persistently apply it. I ended up looking like i was sucking on cherry lollipops with slurs on my lower lips. =*( After a week of patience, I lost it and returned it back to Sephora. On the side, the packaging gives a very spring to summer feel, very different from the usual Stila lip packaging and the attached brush is good too! So, my final verdict is that you should buy this product where there is good return policy just in case it doesn't work out for you; mainly because the price isn't the easiest to swallow if the product is a disappointment.

Flaky Flaky Flaky
Most SPF sunscreen that i have encountered in the past always make me look like drenched my face with cooking oil or something after a few hours of application (even though it claims to be oil free). That's why i've been looking high and low for a truly oil free sunscreen for the summer. This DDF matte sunscreen seriously promises matte finish through the day--which is great. However, what i don't understand is, it flakes like crazy!! Every time i apply it on my face, it flakes ALL over my face, i even think i might not be getting any sunscreen on my face in the end, after clearing up the flakes. My face isn't even dry to begin with, so why?? Does anyone have a trick or solution to this when they apply it? Please share! Value for money: so-so..it'll be great if i know how to stop it from flaking!!

As a lip balm junkie, this is one of my favorite lip balms albeit the steep price. I like the just-right smoothness as i glide this on my dry lips. The lemony-sugary scent and sun protection of spf 15 are are what i like most about this! Oh, i love the packaging too, although it can be quite troublesome having to twist the top off when i'm in a hurry. Okay, on with the bad stuff, other than the steep price, the balm melts very VERY easily in hot weather thus prone to breakage as you apply a limp and melted balm on your lips with even a slight force. Luckily, mine broke off when it was nearly finishing and i just somehow manage to stuck it back. Had it broken off when i first bought it, this review would truly be a negative and grumpy one. Finally, i'm somewhat reluctant to say that it's worth the money because of the notion that you have to be so cautious about using it if you live in a hot climate area. So i would say, it's a great one-time "luxury" buy; and if you have a lot of cash to spare, this is a good balm to pick up. =)
