    Too Faced Wrinkle Injection

    An Excellent Concealer

This is a soft and creamy concealer that does an excellent job hiding those fine lines underneath your eyes. I'm sure it works well on any facial wrinkles in any area on your face. The light color also helps with dark undereye circles as well. I will definitely be keeping this product in my makeup bag.

  • Frizz-Ease Hair Serum Extra-Strength Formula

A true classic, one of the first anti-frizz products that I ever tried. My thick, curly hair requires some sort of frizz taming, and a quarter sized amount worked into my hair right after the shower does a very good job of keeping the obvious frizz under control. I've heard that it takes a few applications for this to work well, although I'm not sure that it was the same for me. Either way, someone with frizz issues might want to give this one a try.

    TIGI Bed Head Shine Junkie

    Great For Shine

I've been using this one since it came in a pot. Now it's in a nice dispenser can that reminds me of Cheez Whiz. It has a nice shimmer in it and definitely adds a nice shine. I didn't find it to be an excellent frizz control, however. But it pays off when it comes to shine.

    Paul Mitchell Gloss Drops

    Great finishing product

I use this product every day after styling my hair. It is an excellent finisher - adds just enough shine and keeps my (very) frizzy hair under control. One pump into your palm is all you need - emulsify it and run it through your hair. You probably won't need a touch up for several hours, if at all.

TIGI Catwalk Camera Ready Shine Spray

    Easy to use, light shine

This is a great product to use if you have fine hair and don't need a lot of shine and frizz control. I used it as a quick touch up and was very happy with the results. Spray lightly - one or two sprays will do just fine, and run your fingers through your hair. Gives medium frizz control and a decent quick shine.

  • Too Faced Lava Gloss

    Too Faced Lava Gloss

    No Smudging For Me

I'm usually not much of a black eyeliner girl, although I've always kept my eye out for a good one. When you need a black eyeliner, you don't want the one that you have to warm up with your Bic lighter to get it to go on smoothly. Remember that? You know you did it when you were 14. Well, you can put your Bic away. Too Faced's Lava Gloss in black goes on super smoothly and has amazing wear. I've been using mine almost every day, and really putting it through the paces. I've been working 10 hour days, and most of my eye makeup isn't passing the test. Lava Gloss, however, hangs in there quite well, but isn't difficult to get off at night. A quick swipe with my Sephora Eye Makeup Remover, and it's gone. While I don't normally like paying $16.50 for an eye pencil, this one will last me for a long time and really is worth every penny.

  • LORAC AquaPrime Oil-Free Makeup Primer
    5.0

    LORAC AquaPrime Oil-Free Makeup Primer

Not for me, but not horrible

I'm all about primer. Like a lot of people, when it first became popular, I thought it was just kind of gimmicky - yet ANOTHER step, another product, another thing to make me late in the morning. But as I used it (because I'm all about new product, even if it does make me late), I realized how great it really was. It helped my makeup stay on longer, gave my liquid foundation a smoother finish, and even helped keep my very oily skin somewhat matte. So it became a staple in my routine, and now I use it every morning. I haven't found one that I am in absolute love with yet, although I have a couple of favorites, so I'm still trying a bunch of them out. This was a sample I got from one of my many Sephora visits. I was interested in this one because it claimed to be oil free. I always keep an eye out for oil free products, due to my oily skin - I don't want to add to the problem, as it were. But I also noticed that it was silicone free, which was interesting, as I thought silicone was the basis of all primers. So I totally had to try it out. I've been using it now for five days, and I think this would be a great primer for someone who doesn't need a lot of coverage and is looking to just help boost the staying power of their foundation. I found the consistency quite odd. It's actually a liquid (hence the name, I suppose!) versus more of a thicker gel type that I'm used to. I don't know if the omission of silicone prevents it from being more of a coverage booster, or if I'm just imagining that it doesn't work well due to my dislike of the consistency. Either way, I personally wouldn't spend my money on it, although I would recommend it to my friends who have the great skin and don't wear a lot of foundation.

  • Dr. Dennis Gross Skincare Alpha Beta Daily Face Peel

I think I might be addicted to facial peels. A large part of my skin care routine is dedicated to the art and science of exfoliation, and I love trying out new ones. This product makes it very simple - two premoistened pads, one with the peel, and one with the neutralizing solution. Wipe the peel on first, let it sit for two minutes, then wipe with the neutralizing pad. Simple! What is really nice about this product versus what I've tried from drugstore brands is that it doesn't feel quite as harsh on the face. No awful "tight face" feel, even before moisturizer. My skin felt firmer and more healthy, so while I think the price is a bit on the high side, I do think it's a superior product.

  • Ojon Rub Out Dry Cleanser
    10.0

    Ojon Rub Out Dry Cleanser

    Amazing dry cleanser

I can't say enough good things about this product. Since my hair is ultra curly, having a blowout and a flat iron is something that I want to preserve for as long as I possibly can. This "dry shampoo" does the trick. It boasts the usual Ojon smell, which can linger - especially if used with other Ojon products. It is pricey, but you don't need to use much. In fact, using too much can make your hair look rather matte after a bit of time, so resist the temptation to keep spraying it on. Brush it out well, do a quick restyle, and you're all set for another day with clean hair and a preserved blowout.
