This is really a great mascara for anyone with short, thin lashes. The brush applies mascara evenly and without clumps - something half the mascaras on the market can't do. With just a couple of coats my sparse lashes look longer and thicker. But, this is something that several drug store mascaras can also do, and do it cheaper. A good comparison is Rimmel, or even Full n' Soft by Maybelline. If you have the extra cash, give this a try. Otherwise, $18.00 is too much.

Great concealor - no other way to describe it. It blends well, has a wonderfully creamy texture, doesn't feel like spackle on your skin, and never looks cakey. This one is best applied with a brush so you can get it into every little area around your eyes. Which, by the way, this makes look so go you could just put on some mascara and go. It's not as heavy or opaque as Benefit Boi-ing, but it does a pretty good job of covering up breakouts or other areas of redness. If Benefit could somehow make this into a portable pen like product like YSL Touche Eclat, I would be in heaven.

This is a majorly heavy duty industrial concealor. It works on just about everything from dark circles to pimples and actually STAYS where you put it. No need to worry about sweating it off or it wearing off during the day. The only problem with this is that it only comes in three shades - light, medium, dark. The light isn't exaclty that light. If you are fair skinned, you will really need to blend this in well or else it's a bit visible against your skin tone. I have to use a damp sponge to really blend it well with my foundation, so it adds on extra time getting ready. Still, it's one item I have to have in my makeup bag.

I am in love with Benefit Lemon-aid. I have really fair skin so any darkness around my eyes stands out like I've got a big shiner. Not anymore with this wonderous yellow concealor. It's ver thick, but creamy, so it's easy to blend and only takes a little to do a really big job. I use it below my eyes and on my lids and instantly it looks like someone Photoshopped away my dark circles and redness. It's pricey, but after using some of the other yellow concealor products on the market, I have to say this one is by far the best.

As with the matching body wash, I was disappointed with this offering from Olay. It did moisturize pretty well, but the lotion was on the watery side. It felt like I had to use more than normal to get a good level of moisture. My biggest problem was with the scent. Again, like the body wash, it was as if someone dumped in a bunch of different scents and didn't check the results. It even made my dogs sneeze. Maybe if Olay could tone down the scent and thicken up the consistency, this would be a winning lotion.

Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Advanced Anti Aging Body Wash - Deep Penetrating Moisture
Meh...especially for Olay
I wasn't really pleased with this latest offering from Olay. After really liking their Nutrium products, I was hoping this one would be a home run. Not to be, however. Hard to wash off in the shower - it seemed to be on the oily side - so I had to go behind it with another body wash to get the gross film off. The scent was another issues. I don't mind scented products, but this one had a scent that wasn't quite right. It's almost as if someone had taken various scents at the factory and poured them into one batch and hoped for the best. Back to their older products for me...

I received this in a Beauty Tube and it's now a permanent part of my warm weather routine. The purified water comes out in an ultrafine mist that works as well for setting makeup as it does for cooling down without destroying your makeup. It's a nice refresher during sweltering summer days that won't leave you sticky. Works great as a hand rinse too in a pinch!

I was excited to finally try this hairspray after so much hype and positive publicity. I was prepared for unbelievable hold and ended up with flat hair with a horrible chemical smell. I was surprised at how bad and unpleasant this hairspray smelled. The incredibly light hold I could have worked around because it did give temporary hold while I was in the process of styling my hair. The smell, well, the nasty, overpowering, lingering chemical smell was a complete turnoff. Unlike many hairspray scents or even perfumes, this scent didn't fade away during the day. The only way to get rid of it was to wash my hair.

It's rare that I come across a mascara that I really, really dislike. Unfortunately, this is one of them. Brand new out of the package this mascara was a dry clumply mess. Even cleaning the brush off with a tissue didn't help. One swipe left my lashes stuck together and annoyingly troublesome to separate because they kept sticking back together. This mascara went back to the store the next day.

I received this as a deluxe sample size a few weeks ago and am actually still using it. I use it once or twice a week (you don't need much) and like the way it makes my skin feel clean and polished without the typical wait time (or occasional burn) of other peels. It's perfect for a light skin refresher when you don't want to go all out with a time consuming mask/peel.
