I believe your face is your personal'palate'! Keep it clean, moisturized, & I cannot stress enough how important it is to get enough rest and exercise for truly wonderful skin! I don't buy a lot of expensive make-up as far as the products that give the face 'color' but I do buy a quality facial firmer/moisturizer,eye-wrinkle cream,and foundation. From that point on, even if the rest of my make-up isn't the expensive stuff,you'd never know because the 'base canvas'is in such good condition!
