My experience has been that the shape of the brush means just about EVERYTHING when it comes to a mascara. This brush is spiky and as a result, I ended up with spiky eyelashes! Not cute and certainly not pretty. I can't attest to the formula too much, since I couldn't get past the medieval instrument my lashes turned into, but from the other reviewer it sounds like the formula isn't all that waterproof. I bought the waterproof version since my eyelids tend to get oily and it transfers shadow and mascara all over the place. Out of drugstore mascaras, I seem to have the best luck with Maybelline and I will be sticking with that.

First off, I have to say that I DO not like any long wear lipstick or lipgloss. I bought this completely in error not realizing that it wasn't a normal lipgloss. I bought itin Pink Perfection and although the color was pretty, the lipgloss was horrible. However, I am still giving it a 3 since it was really my error for buying a type of product that I have never liked to begin with. :) I prefer a shiny, wet lipgloss that is the exact opposite of sticky, tacky, drying, matte, etc. For example, one of my favorite drug store glosses is Cover Girl Wetslicks. This is nothing like that. If you love lip gloss and enjoy the shiny, wet, slick feel, this product is not for you.

Lathers well, has a mild, pleasant smell (personally, I would prefer a stronger smell). It is a little on the thick side which I was surprised. Conditioner lacks - please see my review on that product.

These are the best hand sanitizers, and I really think BBW led the pack with these. There is no other brand I know of that offers so many fragrances in anti-bacs as they do. The scents are amazing, they are small enough to carry in a purse or pocket, and easy for travel and killing germs on the go. :) They often have these on sale, and I buy them then. If I had to guess, I would say they have over 50 different fragrances in the anti-bac gels. I love that, especially since I am always changing my mind!

I'm always trying to save money on beauty products, but there are some products, such as foundation, that can be considerably better just by spending a little more. This is definitely one of those products. I have tried the shu uemura curler for $20 and the elf curler for $2. This curler is literally right in the middle at $10 and works way better than both the elf and su. The cushions are not like anything I have felt and I cant get over how comfortable and nice it feels. I would absolutely recommend!

This product left me amazed! I purchased it after reading the reviews; my skin is on the oilier side and I am doing my best to resist this primer craze! :) (If I spend $30 on foundation, shouldn't it just work, ladies??) I went on the Urban Decay website, still resisting stores from the post-holiday rush, and it was HALF off. I got the larger bottle, 6 oz, for only $18. It's super easy to ease and almost miraculous. After you wash your face and moisturize, spritz 2-4 times before applying foundation than 2-4 more times after all of your makeup is applied. Normally, I am an oil slick by lunchtime, but I was just a little "dewey" instead. I blotted and then I was good for the rest of the day. Some department stores products are just worth it; this is one of those! Plus, think of it this way; all of those tissue blotting papers? I can now go through a packet in 3 months, not 3 weeks. My pores are so grateful. :)

I pretty much run the gamut of beauty products; from drugstore, department store and everything in between. I always prefer drugstore; if I can get a product that works as well as a department store brand, for a quarter of the price, why not? Unfortunately, this is another hit or miss Tresemme product. My hair is long, and it tends to be a little coarse underneath and the ends a little dry, while my scalp is on the oilier side. I wash my hair 3X a week and rather than using a traditional daily conditioner, I usually use a mask or treatment instead. I really wasn't impressed with this product; I suppose if I had normal hair, or my ends weren't dry at all, maybe it would work better? But if that was the case, would I really be scouting out a heavy duty conditioner at my local Walmart? Probably not. The texture is not what I expected; I guess I thought it would feel more like "mud," hence the name. I washed my hair and then left it on for 45 minutes with a shower cap. Ironically enough, my hair was a bit tangled after I rinsed. I really like the Neutrogena hair mask, I think it is triple oil something or another, but it is fab. I won't be repurchasing this one again. It left me unimpressed (and wondering how many "chemicals" are in mud anyway?)

My personal experience with Olay tends to be hit or miss; this one is a "miss." I have been using it for about 6-8 weeks now and have not noticed a thing. No change in tone, pores, pore size, clarity, evenness; nothing. I am 33 with oily skin in the summer and oily/combo in the fall/winter. I have larger pores and some blackheads in the nose/chin area, and my skin tends to be somewhat acne prone. I also have a little bit of unevenness. The moisturizer is okay; the price is nice if you have a coupon. I thought there was not enough product in the bottle to be worth paying for it without a coupon. I will still continue to try Olay products here and there; some of them work really well. However, it is always disappointing when you try a product that has such great reviews and it doesn't seem to work nearly as well as it does with everyone else. I will continue to use it until the bottle is done, but will be looking for another anti-aging moisturizer, possibly another drugstore brand, maybe even Olay! We shall see. :) As far as this girl goes, I will not be purchasing again in the future. Oh, ONE plus. It does tend to hold moisture well on the skin's surface. A great for girls with dryer skin!

I received this kit shortly before Christmas and I was over the moon excited. Ladies,it is worth every penny (and if you have a coupon, or it is on sale, it is even LESS pennies) and I highly recommend it. Out of all of the reviews I have done, this is the product that I will remember for years to come. If you are looking for immediate results, this is it. The kit comes with a container of what Olay calls "derma crystals." The crystals remind me of sugar and it has a nice, pleasant almost citrus mixed with floral sent. The second piece is the lactic acid. One of the many features I am pleased about with this product is that it is quick; I don't have a lot of time or a lot of money - who does? I massage the crystals on for a minute, then massage the lactic acid over the crystals for another minute then rinse. Could it be any easier?? I can't believe this item has been out as long as it has and I am just trying it now! I have been missing out. After the first use, the redness was relieved and my skin glowed. My pores looked "tighter" (and I am not even sure that is possible) and my blackheads much less noticeable. I have had professional microdermabrasion done before and they scratched my face quite badly; since then I have been afraid to go anywhere and get it done. I talked to my derm about peels and he said great idea, but I still have to have a retinoid regime; the peels are useless without it. Yaaaay me! Now I can have BOTH for much less money. Here to pretty skin in 2013.... Happy New YOU!

I got this cuticle cream in a gift set for an early Christmas present! I was very delighted to get this. I am just getting into more natural beauty products and Burt's Bees is an overall affordable brand and I like that they don't include parabens, sulfates, etc in their product. This cuticle cream smells heavenly; like real lemons. The smell becomes more intense after the first use. Like most cuticle treatments I have used, it is best to use as a treatment at night. It will leave fingers greasy, but not in a bad way. It works really well and I used it when giving myself a manicure or just a special treatment for my nails. I would definitely recommend.
