E.L.F. Brightening Eye Liner

I Love It ♥

Even though for some reason many people hate this eyeliner A LOT. I LOVE it. Out of all the eyeliners I have ever used, it's definitely my favorite. It's easy to apply, looks great, lasts all day, and is easy to remove. It doesn't smudge and overall, I seriously love it.
