Vacuum for your skin!
Origins Activated Charcoal Mask Really, really nice this mask. Like they say it acts like a magnet to draw out deep pore cloggers, it also contains white china clay that absorbs environmental toxins, lecithin dissolves impurities and so without all that “stuff†they say down there, your skin can breathe a sigh of relive. The clay itself is very dark grey and actually feels more like a moisture mask when applied as its consistency isn’t very thick but dries really tight. Now this mask doesn’t heat up, but really does purify the skin, from using this I have noticed a difference in my skin, there is far less blemishes on the surface and seems to stop and slow ones that are starting, this is my opinion is awesome and makes it well worth purchasing. The product states you should use it once a week or as often as need. Remember though open your pores with warm, moist towel (or use a steamer) and then apply the mask and let it dry, then your free to remove it and all the dirt, oil and toxins that sat within those pores. So all in all I love this and feel it is well worth the purchase, and I shall buy a few more when this 100ml bottle runs out. The product after opening stays fresh for 24 months, this being great as it also contains no parabens preservatives. So bought mine at Boot.com For £17.00

Nice variety, but nothing special ingredient wise!
So whilst I was wondering around in boots the other day with money to flash I walked on past the lip section and was bombarded by many (and I mean many) lip balms, gloss, paint, varnish, and I literally just grabbed 5 of the brightest packaged ones I could, 3 of these being made by ChapStick, the others I shall review on a later date. The ChapSticks if you’re unaware come in different “flavours†so they say - I find they just smell like they say. So the ones I bought to try out were the original with SPF 10, Apple with SPF 15 and the infamously made Cherry ChapStick courtesy of Katy Perry in “I Kissed A Girlâ€. So these little tubes of mineral oil and other ingredients are good for protecting your lips from the daily aggravators like the sun, wind and everything else, but are most certainly not made to rehydrate, however if you wash your face and put this on wet lips it will hold the moisture in. So the differences; Original contains SPF 10, smells really quite terrible, tastes nasty, but performs very well Cherry contains no noted SPF like others however I can see a known SPF ingredient on the list so I’m unsure about the factor rating, smells great, just like cherry, taste is very vaguely there. Apple contains SPF 15, smells so good and this one does have a strong taste of apple so maybe some do live up to this flavour thing Packaging simple but stylish, cherry in hot pink, apple green, original black and they have a specific sun protection one in orange/yellow, strawberry in red, medicated in light blue and a moisturising one in dark blue. Overall these are great to have around and cheap enough to get a few, one at home and one at work etc. I got mine from boots for; Cherry £1.22 Apple £1.21 Original £1.22 www.boots.com

Really potent and working like magic for my skin.
Seriously people this is curing the blemish/acne breakouts I frequently get! After buying this a while ago whilst going insanely overboard on soap and glory (a brand I had hated the look off since this spend spree) at boots, I decided to buy two of everything just because I could end up liking it and if I don’t then oh well, but this is amazing and it says that itself; “You could be one wash away from amazing face†The colour is white, it’s very much just like toothpaste, very rich when you apply and is easy to move around face, the best part is it rinses clear very fast and skin feels great. 3 in 1 deep purifying, cleanse, tone, moisturise and even exfoliate with the muslin cloth. Now this is a hot cloth cleanser, if you guys don’t know what that is then it’s basically a cleanser cream like balm that is applied to dry or damp-dewy skin and massaged in and left for a few minutes to work (they contain active oils and ingredients) and then it is removed with a muslin cloth, which is provided with this 100ml tube. So the smell of this product is very herby I sure it’s the clary-lavender oil that is giving it its smell, but this contains great luxury ingredients for your skin to drink and feed upon; Panthenol Sweet almond oil Orange oil Lavender oil Cocoa butter Clary oil Rose geranium oil Beeswax This is really good and is surprising cheap compared to the competition which seems very close identical – the Liz Earl Cleanse and Polish. So is this for you? Yes if you have acne, breakouts, blemishes, normal skin, dry skin and even sensitive skin however the essential oils can sometimes aggravate and cause irritation to ultra-sensitive skins, I noticed my skin smoothing and purifying almost after 2 days use So price damage? £6.13 on offer at boots, save a 1/3 after this offer normal retail is £9.19 and I will still buy it at that, this is something you see results with so ill definitely be sticking with it (glad I bought 2 to start with) 2 stars off for the paraben ingredient
