I give this stuff 2 stars for fragrance appeal. I was very disppointed when I poured this in my hand in the shower and found little white bits of grit (white clay) in the product. This product DOES NOT say "body scrub" anywhere on it ~ only that it "detoxifies". I don't want to wash my nether bits with grit, sorry. And if it's going to be a scrub, then have enough grit to actually exfoliate. This just has minimal little bits in it ~ I'm not sure what they actually do, there's so few exfoliants in this. My skin was no different than if I'd used a bar of soap. Smells good, but really just useless as far as I'm concerned. At least I picked it up on sale.

I really like this stuff. I tried it initially but wanted to wait until a few weeks to see how long it lasted. I read the directions which said to allow some extra processing time (about 5 minutes - really?) for stubborn grays, which seemed ridiculously short and as it turned out, 5 mins wasn't nearly enough time for my grays, as they simply turned a very dark brown and were still noticeable - even though I'd left the color on for 20 minutes! But the rest of the color was fairly shiny and my hair wasn't dried or fried, so I was happy. This is a semi-permanent color and my hair is naturally black, so I'm not quite sure if it had actually lasted on the rest of my hair for a full three weeks. There was A LOT of color coming out on my inital wash, a bit more on my second wash and then none after that. I saw this on sale at my grocery store and picked up two more boxes for about $4 each and decided to try again. Just finished with my second try ~ was very careful on application, used a brush and painted it on very thoroughly and waited 45 mins total. No grays showing through at all, fully colored and my hair is back to black and shiny. AND it doesn't smell like cat pee!! I'm very happy. I do seem to have a general sensitivity to hair dye, so the 24 hr wait to wash my hair is hard on me and makes me itch and get a bit rashy on my scalp, so be aware. This also comes with just one packet of conditioner, so you can only use it once. But I love this stuff and was glad I bought it on sale. I use No. 2 in Soft Black and it looks completely natural on me. Love it!

Just bought this and love it! I think I may have bought a similar product by St Ives but maybe they've improved it? This lotion is amazing and my dry skin loves it. It's rich and smooth with zero greasiness or heaviness. It absorbs into my skin quickly and easily and there is a faint, pleasant fragrance that is reminiscent of vanilla - the scent doesn't interfere with my fragrance nor does it stay on my clothes. My skin is left baby-soft and smooth and stays that way until I go to bed. I was using Dove Cream Oil, but this is SO much better ~ in quality and price. Love it!

After some thought, I learned to sharpen the tip of this liner by just lightly spinning the tip on a piece of paper, creating a cone-shaped, sharpened point. It's a bit wasteful, but worth it. But be GENTLE, or it will break. I've used this stuff almost every day since my last review of it and have fallen madly, wildly in love with this stuff. Pure gorgeousness, pure deep true color and no smudging on my eyes. LOVE IT! ps: I do prime my oily eyelids, corners and lower lids with a long-staying pressed powder patted on, so perhaps that's why this liner stays so well?

I didn't see this actual product on the site, but if you see it, BUY IT. Get it in Natural. I've been using this on my clean, bare nails for at least ten years now and it's AMAZING. The reason this stuff is so great is that the color is an almost imperceptible beige/clear and it dries on your nails to an almost French manicure look in minutes. I wear my nails mostly on the squoval, shortish side and I've received more compliments on my nails than I can count. Everyone says they look so pretty, even though this is simply a clear nail strengthener. So many people think I have some sort of French manicure, when I simply just slapped the stuff on - it dries in about five minutes or so. I'm never without this. It gives you a perfectly polished, manicured look every single time. For an even cleaner look, be sure to give your nails a soak in warm soapy water with lots of hydrogen peroxide, which will whiten your nails beautifully. The name of the product is Sally Hansen Advanced Hard As Nails Nylon + Retinol Strengthener in Natural. Not at all expensive, super-easy to use and I swear by it!

I'm 41 and am starting to show signs of aging...some light wrinkles around the eyes. BUT I also have occasional acne (hormonal, mostly). I decided to try Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream to address my wrinkles. I put it all over my face (except my ridiculously oily nose) and it felt wonderful. It's luscious, smooth and smells great. And I DID notice that my wrinkles looked plumper and smoothed out, almost instantly. But the honeymoon ended two days later when I woke up and was welcomed by FIVE new pimples on my face!! I still really love the product and now use it sparingly around my eye and neck area. It really does feel great and seems to smooth out the wrinkles. (I also wish it had SPF.) This is now my new night cream. :)

I'm using this for the first time. I usually just use whatever's cheapest, but this was on sale and I love Shea Butter. My skin can get very dry, especially now that it's getting colder so I really love something that's long-lasting. If the lotion doesn't last, I know immediately because my skin will start to itch the minute it wears off. But this stuff is amazing ~ my skin drinks this in and feels like velvet afterwards and lasts throughout the day. Not the least bit greasy, sticky or oily. This lotion does have a very strong scent, however. And I have smelled it on my clothes at the end of the day. The fragrance is nice, but a bit much for a lotion. But as far as moisturizing, this stuff is a miracle and my skin feels amazing. Love it.

Got this at Sephora as a birthday present. Love the texture - very soft and creamy. I don't usually use highlighters and can never find one that flatters my skintone. But this is a warm, golden tone that creates a dewy glow that suits even my skintone. I use it on my lids/browbone for a quick lift or on my cupid's bow or just on the tops of my cheekbones. Don't need too much ~ just a touch and a quick blend and you'll be gorgeous in a flash! I've started using this as my everyday shadow, as it creates that soft, dewy look that adds a bit of sparkle without being overwhelming or too frosty-white. Simple, wonderfully fragrance-free product that creates a surprisingly pretty effect. Love it!

UPDATE: I must be allergic to this - the skin around my hairline has broke out in an awful rash. I dyed my hair again using this product (it was the only semi available) and now fully regret it. My hair is dry and flat and my skin and scalp are flaky and itchy. I won't be using this EVER again. As for my first review: my usually shiny black hair was left flat, dull and dry-looking. The black shade looks very fake and obvious. I wasn't happy the first time around and I wish I'd had another option the second time around. Your mileage may vary but my experience with this product was terrible.

Been using this for three weeks or so and my teeth definitely look a bit whiter ~ I love my coffee and wine, so take that into consideration. But I really do not like the taste of this....it's just tastes gross and leaves an aftertaste. Yuck. As far as whitening, in indoor light, my teeth look much whiter, but in daylight, there's only a slight difference. Your mileage may vary. Also, I don't have sensitive teeth and didn't notice any increase in sensitivity, but I did chip my front tooth while eating...not sure if this stuff weakened my enamel enough to cause this, but they do say that whiteners can weaken enamel, so keep that in mind. My roommate will be trying this, as he's been complaining of his teeth looking yellow and he does have sensitive teeth, so I'll report his finding back to you. We'll see.
