    Jason Tea Tree Oil Deodorant

    NOT the best Aluminum-free option

I have been testing out different aluminum free deodarants, and this one will be tossed out immediately. At first, I was convinced this was going to work, due to the tea tree claim that it will kill any odor causing bacteria under the arm. Well.... it sure didn't. The first time I tried it I had a hair appt. and felt so self conscious by the end of one hour because I could smell my own body odor! I guess I should have tried it out at home first on a Sunday before trusting it enough to go out in public.

    Bobbi Brown Face Brush

    great powder brush

I splurged and got this brush, and like most all Bobbi Brown products, I love it! It is very full, and I find that it is great for powder application, but too big for anything else really. I think she recommends it to be a bronzer brush as well, but I wouldn't use it for that unless you want an all over bronzer application, but I just use bronzer on my cheeks usually, so I stick to a blush brush for that. The bristles are high quality, and the short handle makes for an easy and fun application. I also got the instant brush cleaner spray which is also fabulous.

  • Arm & Hammer Essentials Natural Deodorant

I finally feel confident enough to chuck my aluminum deodarants for this! I tried toms natural deodarant, and although they have great scent options, they only last maybe an hour. I wish Arm and Hammer would introduce a new scent to the natural line - maybe baby powder or lavendar, because I am not crazy about the scented one, but it works great!

  • Neutrogena Sugar Scrub Body Exfoliator

I purchased this scrub at ULTA after reading about it here and in beauty mags. I was really dissapointed when I tried it, becuase it left a greasy feeling on my skin (scrubs are supossed to make your skin feel smooth and soft, not greasy!). THe smell was nice, and the product is very sugar like, but in order to use on your entire bidy, it takes a lot of product since this scrub does not spread very well. I would not buy this again.

  • Giovanni Tea Tree Triple Treat Conditioner

I broke out in a rash on my shoulders, neck, and my ears were burning after using this conditioner in the shower. At first, I was chalking it up to my body wash, but I knew that couldn't be it because I use it almost everyday all over my body and am fine. Then I thought maybe it was something I ate, but after thinking about it, I remembered that my neck was burning when I rinsed off the conditioner. And then it dawned on me! When I rinsed out the conditioner, it travelled on my shoulders and neck, but not anywhere else on my body, and that is where redness was targeted. Then I ckecked out the ingredients which contain citric acid, peppermint, Eucalyptus, a whole laundry list of other herbs that make this product suspect for people with allergans. Just goes to show that all natural isn't always for everyone!

    Waste of time

I bought this product last year, used it for a few months, and now it is in my give away pile. When it first came out, I was super excited, because I have an Italian dad who has graced me with not so feminine hair in unusual places. Well, this didn't do much good, I used it properly, was patient, and now a year later I have the exact same amount of hair, well, almost. I noticed that it works well on areas of the body where the hair is fine, but it does not work on stubborn thick hair, and I don't really care about removing the baby hair! I wanted the thick stubborn hair gone, but it did squat for that.

  • Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil

I got the nude pencil, and glad I held out on the red shade, because this pencil is way to thick to get a precise application around the mouth. I mean, I guess if you used it as a quasi lip color, it would make more sense, which might be what they are going for here, but don't purchase this for precision lip liner application.

  • Bobbi Brown Basics Eye Palette

    Bobbi Brown Basics Eye Palette

    Nice, but not very pigmented

I really want to love this eye quad, but it comes up short in a few areas. First of all, the colors are hard to see on my lid (I have light olive skin), and I have to apply 2 or 3 times to make the color appear. The shimmery shadow color is pretty, but is also very loose, and makes a mess on my bottom eye area as it is applied. I do love the colors, and the brush it comes with is actually usable, which is rare when you buy eye quads.

Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Shampoo Spray

    Ripping off Customers!

I love this spray, but the bottle is empty quicker than a New York Minute! This stuff is not cheap, and use it 2 or 3 times, and there is no more left. I'm not even talking about spraying the entire head 2 or 3 times and gone, no just spraying lightly to the top of my scalp, and 3 uses later, poof! All gone.

    Oscar Blandi Pronto Dry Shampoo

    Better for Blondes

I am a true brunette, so this powder looks very obvious if too much is applied or not blended strategically. I much prefer the Oscar Blandi Dry shampoo spray, however the spray runs out so quickly, I am already on my 3 or 4th bottle or spray compared to my 1st on this product. I would prefer it to be more of a baby powder texture, it is sorta grainy and messy too.
