About Me

Hello Total Beauty !

I just wanted to say that I am someone who believes in a leading a healthy lifestyle and doing things that you love because everyday is a gift which should not be taken for granted. About a year ago the only meat I decided to eat was fish, since that was successful for me I recently decided to become a complete vegetarian, no more meat for me. I felt that changing the way I eat made my lifestyle much much healthier, I feel great, I feel lighter, have a lot of energy, no more problems gaining any weight and I feel that maybe I am helping our planet just a bit by going vegetarian and it makes me feel good. I love exercising, whether it is running outside or doing P90x or Insanity program in my living room, I believe it makes you a stronger individual physically and mentally and helps you deal with daily stress more easily. Another thing is, I am a beauty product junkie, that is why I joined Total Beauty Collection option, I love being surprised and trying samples before buying a full size product and spend a lot of money. While I will try just about anything I will stick to something that is environment friendly, animal friendly( since I am not in favor of animal testing, it just makes me sad) and I believe paying attention to the ingredients list is one of the most important things you can do for yourself, that is another change that I am making for myself and feel good about doing it...
