It may be only a dollar, but.............

Totally not even worth a dollar. The brush isn't very good at covering lashes, it's clumpy, and doesn't do much besides paint the lashes. No volume or length here. Might as well cough up another 3 dollars and get something decent.

Ulta Brow Kit

good stuff, maybe not worth the money

I found this on clearance at Ulta and decided to give it a try. It does give me just the color I want, the wax keeps my brows looking good all day, and the brow highlighter is great and just subtle enough. I'm not sure I would pay full price for it, and it's a little time consuming to be using daily.

Queen Helene Cocoa Butter Creme

Save yourself some time and money here

I bought the giant quart sized bottle for less than 3 dollars at walmart and it's lasted forever. I have very sensitive skin and this stuff is great! It makes my skin silky smooth and smells great. It can be a little greasy sometimes but that's the only complaint I've ever had.
