Pretty good and Sparkly
I recently tried L'Oreal's Sublime Bronze Luminous Bronze Self-Tanning lotion. I was happily surprised to find that it didn't have the same awful scent as most self-tanners. I used a small amount and was surprised to find it so sparkly. It contains specks of glittery powder. The good about the sparkle: - you can see where it is applied - It is fancy and people will notice you The bad about the sparkle: - glitter can get on your sheets if you don't shower before bed - the glitter can be a little "overdone" for a casual event Sublime Bronze Luminous Bronze lotion went on smoothly and did not stain my hands (I washed my hands shortly after use). I liked the effect it gave my legs and did not notice it staining my clothing. I was very pleased and will most likely purchase some more when mine runs out. CVS always has great sales on L'Oreal products so it is very affordable for most beauty fanatics.

Love this Cream
This is a great eye cream that is priced appropriately. I usually get mine at CVS when they have a sale and bonus bucks. A little goes a long way with this cream. It has a great scent too and is so smooth. I really love using this cream but not sure how effective it is. It is gentle and great for someone with sensitive skin. For someone with deeper set wrinkles, I would suggest something stronger.

Love this Stuff!
Seriously, who is the genius that came up with this stuff? I just tried the NEW Revitalift Deep-Set Wrinkle Repair eye cream and I am already in love. The eye cream has two ends, one for daytime with SPF and one for night-time. The container is small and easy to use and would work great for traveling. Both creams worked great! AM Cream: The day cream left my eyes feeling moist and supple while protecting them from the harsh sun. It contains broad spectrum UVA/UVB SPF 15 and also gently hydrates with fiber-restoring complex which helps repair broken skin fibers. PM Cream: The night-time cream also contains fiber-restoring complex but also Pro-Retinol A to smooth the eye area. It left my eyes feeling tight. In other words, it worked instantly. I am a huge fan of the L'Oreal Revitalift line and so happy they came out with another solution, especially for eyes!

Loved the wash - very smooth
I have always enjoyed Caress beauty bars. I feel like it's a little treat to buy them since they are a little pricey for a bar of "soap". I recently tried the new line from Caress called "Evenly Gorgeous." The beauty bar and body wash contains burnt brown sugar and karite butter so it gently exfoliates and moisturizes you skin. Here's what I thought:I liked the body wash more. It smells a little better than the beauty bar for some reason. It is like going to the spa! The body wash goes on smoothly and does not get goopy as others do. It left my skin smooth and feeling refreshed. The body wash is a winner in my book. Warning: check the scent before you purchase it to make sure it's your taste. One negative: the exfoliating level wasn't as intense as other body washes I have used.

Like the Beauty Bar but not Good for Shaving
I have always enjoyed Caress beauty bars. I feel like it's a little treat to buy them since they are a little pricey for a bar of "soap". I recently tried the new line from Caress called "Evenly Gorgeous." The beauty bar contains burnt brown sugar and karite butter so it gently exfoliates and moisturizes you skin. Here's what I thought: I like the beauty bar a lot. The scent is pleasant and the exfoliating actually worked. The negative aspects of the bar: - when it settled in the factory, only one side ended up with exfoliating features and the other side only had a little -you cannot use this bar to shave because it will ruin your razor and cause you to get cut It is hard to justify having a bar of soap for exfoliating and then having a separate soap for shaving, especially if you want to simplify your beauty routine or have limited space. Otherwise, I liked the scent and feel of the beauty bar and would purchase it as a gift for someone (for a beauty basket).

A great solution for those who hate lipstick
True Shimmer is a great solution from Chapstick for those who don't want to wear lipstick but still need moisture and a little sparkle. True Shimmer provides moisture, shimmer, and an illusion of color. I feel so bare without lipstick, but with True Shimmer, I can get a subtle amount of color and it feels great! It will work great to wear to the gym, breakfast, work, or just to cruise to the library and grab a few books. You never know who you will see, right? True Shimmer is great for those who don't want to spend too much on lip balm/lip color too. At only $2.79, it is very reasonably priced. It comes in four distinct colors with awesome scents. Flavors Available: Botanical Berry, Peppermint Rush, Tropical, and Blended Fruit Sherbet With a name like Chapstick, how can you go wrong?

Moody Maria loves it!
In the summer, I am constantly looking for an effective and protective lip balm to fulfill my needs. I want something that moisturizes and also protect my lips from the sun. I recently tried Softlips on a week long trip to Disneyland and San Diego. I brought along one of their newest organic lip balms in Pure Honeydew. I mainly used this lip balm in the evenings before bed. The scent was pleasing but not overpowering. The balm contains shea butter, organic oils, and Vitamin E so it was the perfect moisturizer. During the daytime, I wanted to use something with an SPF so I tried their Vanilla lip balm with SPF 20. Not only was the scent just what I needed to avoid sweet temptations, but the SPF held up to the harsh California sun. I also used this on my two boys and they loved the scent. We were outside for over 8 hours a day so I did need to reapply after meals. One great thing about Softlips is that the tube is small and convenient for traveling and great for moms with limited room in their purse. Softlips comes in a multitude of flavors too. I saw the stock at Target this weekend and they carry all the flavors. There is even a limited edition flavor in Sugar Cookie and Cherry that I will be buying soon.

Moody Maria's Review of L'Oreal HIP Color Presso Lip Gloss
What a genius idea? L'Oreal has this awesome lip gloss that let's you decide what color you want! It is basically equivalent to a frozen yogurt machine. It allows you to have light, dark or mix. When I first tried it, I thought there was no way this little tube would work or that it would be messy. It wasn't messy at all. To use on side or the other, you squeeze it very gently and to mix them just squeeze both at once. A little goes a long way! The color that I used was #182 - Trendy. The color is perfect for me because I can use the lighter shade with my dark lipstick. If I want to use gloss alone, I can use the darker color. They have many shades available though! L'Oreal always comes up with the most revolutionary ideas and I think this one is a hit! Who wants to carry more than one lip gloss to obtain the perfect shade? This product is the solution for simplifying your beauty products in your purse.

Moody Maria likes it!
L'Oreal's HIP line is definitely for those who want High Intensity Pigment. I tried this eyeliner in black and gold. The eyeliner is actually a powder and is applied with a very fine spongy applicator. I think practice makes perfect with this applicator. First gather some powder, tap to remove excess and then slowly apply the powder. Don't be fooled- it is not eyeshadow and will stay in place! I used too much the first time and had to remove a bit and smudge it to look less dramatic. For a night outing, this product is perfect! The gold color was a tad too intense for me for the daytime. I would definitely use it for evening and with turquoise shadow. It is really rich in color and vibrant! I loved using the product but I do think practice makes perfect and it is not a good product for moms that quick to run out the door!

I recently tried Max Factor's Vivid Impact Lip color. Wow, this stuff is awesome! It really gives MAC a run for it's money. The lip color goes on smoothly with one application and has lasting power! I ended up using the color that the quiz recommended and it was great! It was fun to try a different shade and not my usual coral, brown shades. I highly recommend this new lipstick! I took the quiz and this is what I got for a result: Your ideal Vivid Impact Lip Color- Ms. Understood
