It's Josie Maran 100% Organic Argan Oil. You can get it at Sephora or on-line from QVC. My advice is to try it in a set with several other products that she puts out (so many of them are fantastic) to off-set the $48 price tag. Some of the sets are about $60 or so and come with a full size bottle of the oil. The oil is multi-purpose, but is amazing for your hair, cuticles, and mixed into body lotion during the cold months, which I just started doing.
