The applicator spreads a bit and the "stain" isn't very long-lasting but for under $3 (what I paid for a closeout)makes a nice addition to my options. Good for cheeks too. Sets quickly so needs nimble fingers. I'm glad I managed to pick up a couple before they disappear forever but can't say I'll miss being able to buy them again.

This starts out VERY sweet - not my image of a Parisienne! That fades quickly, briefly leaving a nice floral with saccarine overnotes before dissipating entirely.

L'Oreal Paris Telescopic Explosion Carbon Black Mascara

I've been using mascara for more than 40 years and am used to applying a couple of quick swipes (with a jiggle) to get the job done. The small, ball-like applicator for this one was more trouble than it was worth. You practically have to apply it on each individual lash. And it clumps, undoing the benefit of being able to get to every small lash. It does lengthen and separate as advertised, stayed in place (once I got the clumps out and away) perfectly all day, and was easy to remove, but wasn’t enough better than my usual brands to warrant the greatly increased time it took to apply. I also found it slightly irritating - not so much that I needed to remove it but reddening my eyes a bit after a couple of hours.

The color is so sheer I haven't found any that don't look good on me. Not an all-day lipstick but lasts longer than most. Good feel, easy app - highly recommended.

Pond's Cold Cream Cleanser

cleans perfectly

Great and easy cleaning but despite all the grease didn't leave my skin moisturized - maybe I removed it too well. I won't be using it every day.
