Not for fine-to-normal hair....

This product has a lot of hype, so I wanted to see if it was worth it. I know others swear by it - but if you have fine/normal hair this will weigh it down!!!

Got a Sample at Sephora and Will Buy Full Size

I got a sample of this at Sephora and used it morning and Night for 3 days. Great texture and at my skin glowed. I probably need to use fr 6 months to see an actual difference but based on the sample I will definitely buy a full-size and the results can only be better after prolonged use.

Chanel Levres Scintillantes Glossimer

Totally disagree with editor -

This gloss has pretty colors and it's not too sticky - but there is NO WAY it is wrth the splurge. It is way over priced and you can DEFINITELY get equal or better gloss for much less money -- and I should know. I carry around about 20 different glosses DAILY!

Jurlique Calendula Cream

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!

I had my skin burned from a glycolic peel and though they gave me all these things to put on it - I wanted only pure products no chemicals, etc, All I used was Aloe (from the plant) and this calendula cream and my skin healed quickly and beautifully! GREAT product line!

Caudalie Lifting Serum

I was a skeptic...

I read lots of great things about this product on blogs - so I went to Sephora for a sample and while I can't say there's been a remarkable change - I will purchase a large size b/c there are no harmful parabens and it is made of some really good ingredients. The consistency is nice and I'm impressed overall. I probably need to use it for a long time to reap many benefits....

Frederic Fekkai COIFF Magnifique Ultra-Light Finishing Creme

Works well as a finishing cream

I think it works well - definitely de-pouffs your hair and holds through pretty well in humidity. If you straighten your hair like I do, it's a great polisher. My hair is fine to normal and it doesn't weigh it down. I don't love the packaging but it's good overall.

Pureology Colour Stylist Root Lift

Great product when used appropriately!

I noticed a MAJOR difference in my friend's hair and I asked what she was using - she was using this. She let me borrow it for a few days. The first day I tried it my hair was AMAZING! The next time, I figured if a little was good, more would be better. Well, more is not bad, but it's not better! You only need a little b/c a lot will weigh hair down. I have normal to fine hair that is VERY susceptible to humidity. This held up even in NYC summer weather!! Will definitely buy, even though it's pricey!
